酒店正门和大堂非常有地域风格，远看以为是当地寺庙。酒店的泳池和海滩以及海边餐厅和吧台是一大特色。房间内也非常整洁干净，唯一可以提高的地方是希望房间内有更多的中国地区插头，还有希望配备拖鞋和牙膏牙刷

Excellent hotel, met my expectations. Apart the renovations taking place, I didn’t see any signs of disrepair, so common at other hotels. Cleaning was excellent, and uncommonly for Bali, not only bath towels were supplies, but also hand towels and face cloths. (Honestly, this was frustrating at other hotels). There was also a departure lounge, where I was able to shower and change before my late night flight at no extra cost. Two major drawbacks: 1. I have only found 1 (!) power socket in the whole huge room, and that was hidden by a curtain. Considering the devices an average traveller owns, this isn’t practical. I believe a socket by the bed is a must, with a minimum of 2 available power outlets per room. 2. Wifi in rooms is chargeable at 50,000IDR per day, which is frankly ridiculous. You can buy a local SIM card with data for better value, but more importantly it is a 4**** hotel, wifi should be complimentary, as it is in evert coffee shop in town.

very good value for the price , no beach but pool and service and food was good quality . location was excellent

Had a great stay at the hotel. The only problem was the choice of room which was city facing but when I opened the balcony it opened to the back side of a restaurant and hence had no view and the smell of food was too strong preventing us from sitting outside. Hotel is beautiful with good location. Breakfast is good. We used the spa services and would rate it very high.

The day of arrival we planned to go to waterbom and an early check in wasn't available. The staff happily accepted our luggage and kept it safe until we returned from our day out. I had booked 2 rooms, 1 standard and 1 family room. Unfortunately our rooms weren't available so they offered an upgrade to a 3 bedroom family villa which they happily showed me first to make sure we were happy. It was absolutely huge and very nice. The pools were brilliant and it has an awesome pool bar. Breakfast was a brilliant buffet with everything you could possibly need and the egg station was amazing. The breakfast staff were also great and making sure tea and coffee was topped up if needed. Definitely worth the price and we would happily visit again.
