Great property in excellent location. The street is very noisy, surprised how much sound came through the windows of the bedrooms. Would definitely stay hear again.

Perfect location, near 2 light rail stops, and two ferry wharfs, undercover parking across the road (paid parking) and easy walking distance to Barangaroo, city centre, China town. Easy access to ferry to get to Circular Quay for access to The Rocks or ferries to Watsons Bay or Manly. Plenty of convenience stores and coffee shops nearby. Apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The room was good, the telephone and on line support was responsive and I get anxious and want things to work and the team was great when I had a question they responded quickly and helpfully

Location was great. Only a 5 minute walk to Cockle Bay and ICC Sydney. Nice little coffee shop and an IGA located about 20m from entrance to apartments. Apartment was clean and tidy, plenty of space and nice little kitchen. Bathroom would look nicer if it received a deep clean as it was a little dirty. There was a party on the top floor and due to it not being apart of the Urban rest group they could not contact the renter. Also of note, the lift opens directly into the apartment which is handy but also means it can be a little noisy. No parking included but a Wilson parking directly across the road.
