The location is excellent. But the price is a bit high in terms of the size. The room is a dim in general. The overhead exhaust fan dripped in the midnight and hardly fall asleep

Shuttle was easy to find. But what was outstanding was staff. On morning to leave marathon in city so no taxi available. Staff support on how to get to airport by subway was outstanding in high stress situation for us. We were not aware of situation until time to depart for taxi. All went well do to her support.

Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the middle of all the action. Room (especially the bathroom) was small and had a weird layout but we didn’t spend very much time in the room anyway. Breakfast croissants hanging on our door in the morning was a nice touch. 24 hr coffee and snack lounge was a bonus.

I had a very good stay here. The best part was the central location, and easiness to get everywhere. I also really liked the coffee, drinks and fruits/cookies at the top floor - very nice and convenient. The people at reception were very helpful. The only two minuses were that there was a bit of noise from the street into the room (in the third floor, facing the main street), and the fact that it took a while for anyone to arrive at reception on the day I got there. Apart from that everything was great, and I would happily stay there again!

Great hotel in excellent location close to transport links and within walking distance of many popular attractions. Shops close by. Helpful staff and clean comfortable rooms. No breakfast but a nice indoor and outdoor roof area with 24 hour access to coffee, juice ,fruit and biscuits where you can 'self cater' for breakfast for example. Would recommend
