Great breakfast, poor wifi
There's no kettle in the room. It's a little confusing to use the shower. The worst is that the wifi signal was soooo bad that we could barely use it. (Even in the restaurant) however, the breakfast was fantastic and the heat was warm.

Warm service and reasonable room
Staff is so helpful, they help us the move the big luggage. The room is clear and have all the necessary things charge, heater, enough space. One thing very appreciated, they provide coffee machine and the room, we can have a very well coffee at the morning.

Staff are excellent in every sense. Food is superb and breakfast is one of the best we have had. Rooms are clean tidy and spacious (depending on which room) They have some great meal deals. Overall real value for money. Easy level 10 minute walk into the city centre

Comfortable and warm, close to town too!
We had a relaxing and comfortable stay at Hotel Noir. We had no tea or coffee with the kettle but when we went to reception they gave us plenty. We felt very well looked after.

Perfect hotel for exploring York
Lovely hotel just 1 mile walk into town. Easy to park, friendly staff, large rooms and comfy bed. The free minibar is also a nice touch. Couldn't have asked for more...particularly at this price. Didn't eat in the hotel as we found a lovely cafe a few doors away for breakfast, lunch and cake. Would recommend both!

Hotel Noir, York
We just wanted somewhere comfortable and close to the main York attractions. Hotel Noir checked both of these boxes for us. Nothing spectacular but a reasonably good hotel. Very small cramped car park at the back but I had no problem parking my car in there.
