The rooms and employees were very nice. The rooms are so thin that you can hear every single move. It sounded like someone above us was moving furniture. Asked the front desk she said she would call and let them know. But that didn’t help they just got louder. There was always a smell of something other than cigarettes in the hallway and elevator. Also was not told at checking if we needed more towels to bring them down in the basket for more. If you need a blow dryer make sure you bring your own.

The hotel is beautiful, the staff at the front dest was not really friendly...I expressed my concern and question about the paper Mill smell and my room smelled like cigarettes when I woke up, but the front desk lady blew me off to talk to someone about whatever...they should also look into the chicken curry smell in the hallways... By the way, then really need to update there address or remark it on Google maps...the address given brings you to a parking spot behind a shopping center, it's easy...tell people it's behind taco bell or off the other road!

While this is a newer Hotel there was a slew of issues that made us leave and find another. The front room staff were almost never present then upset if called upon for help. The Hotel smelled of Smoke and Weed to the point it would seep into your clothes. Our room seem partially cleaned we found food on the floor, dirt and it felt unclean for such a new hotel. The bathroom has no water pressure, minimum supplies. The noise outside was terrible, people blaring music and a shop located next door running industrial air compressors all hours of the night. The hotel itself is in a rough area of town so keep that in mind if booking.

The property was new and very clean, but they only gave you 2 small towels, one roll of toilet paper and a very small bottle of shampoo. If you needed anything else, the cleaning staff told you that you needed to go to the front desk. They were unable to supply you with more items or fresh towels. Your room wasn’t cleaned or trash disposed until you checked out of the facility.

We stated for two nights abd realky enjoyed ourselves. It was peaceful and relaxing. Close to fast food places for a quick bite. Room was nice and ckean, staff was courteous and friendly. Will definitely stay there again.

For a non-smoking hotel it smelled heavily of weed - both in hallways and the elevator. Since the hotel is fairly new I booked here figuring things should be clean and we wouldn't have to worry about an old dirty room. That was the only plus. The elevator went out of service once during our stay and we ended up having to walk to our room on the 4th floor after a long hot day out at the beach. The Google Maps directions take you to the back alley of the neighboring shopping center, so that will need to be updated. The nearby food options was also a plus, but that had nothing to do with our stay
