Safe and Culturally Enriching
The resort has pools and a very private beach. It is full of amazing art and interesting places to explore. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The service is better than anywhere else I have travelled and as a solo female traveller I felt very well taken care of and safe. The property is secure and the staff obviously likes working with each other. My Spanish is no bueno but that required little effort on site as most everyone is happy to provide the highest level of service. If you are into a truly unique experience while being pampered, this is the place. You will love the vibe and culture that surrounds you. Other reviews mention road noise. That is a factor, for sure, but overall the stay was very calming, relaxing, and the food in the restaurant surpassed all of our expectations. Great care is taken to ensure guests are comfortable and safe. And the artwork is amazing.

Pesimo
Las albercas imposible usarlas ya que estaban con la temperatura muy fría por lo tanto siempre están vacías. La habitación con un ruido insoportable que viene desde la avenida además a la hora de la salida querían hacerme cargo por unas sábanas que ya estaban dañadas y con mancha de oxido las cuales si anteriormente me hubiera dado cuenta hubiera pedido que me cambiarán de habitación. El desayuno incluido es una burla parece que están buscando ahorrar lo máximo y miden que pieza de pan otorgarán. Realmente considero que hay mucho mejores opciones y no regresaría.

Beautiful location. Some downsides.
It is a beautiful place. The pool and the lobby are stunning, especially at night lit up, the view from our room was breathtaking and from the rooftop during the golden hour it was so lovely. The traffic sounds were very loud though at night, which was not relaxing. The door and wall is very thin on street side. But you get to wake up and see the ocean and the staff are all very kind and friendly. Some things were needing repair after a storm a few days before and were closed off hopefully temporarily so we weren’t able to walk down to the water from the hotel.

Some of the nicest and friendliest staff you will come across. Unfortunately the rooms are so close to the motorway and the doors are just basic timber doors with no seal, so you can hear every single vehicle very clearly. It's very annoying, thankfully I was able to get to sleep all right.

The location was very close to the airport and had an amazing view from the sixth floor pool and bar. The staff was amazing from check in to checkout. Unfortunately the outside areas still are suffering from storm damage from the hurricanes last year. The property is amazing and obviously they can't control what happened and they are undergoing repairs.

Unik underbar vistelse!
Underbart hotell med unik atmosfär och inredning. Rekommenderar att ha direkt access till poolen på bottenplan för det lilla extra. Nackdelen är att det är väldigt lyhört från motorvägen bredvid - man hör trafiken tydligt hela natten. Och frukosten som ingår är väldigt begränsad - man kan beställa mer för extra kostnad men eftersom vi var inställda på att frukost ingick blev vi lite besvikna. Men i övrigt superbra service och bekvämt och rent!

Buena estancia!
Habitación cómoda y limpia, en general el hotel está muy bien al igual que las albercas. Por la ubicación del hotel, el transporte público no llega hasta ese punto y si no traes automóvil solo podrás moverte por alguna app de transporte.

Paradise but noisy! Still glad I stayed there!
This place was like waking into a Disney theme hotel! It is a conscious minded person’s paradise! Peaceful and spiritual vibe! Awesome decor! Excellent food! The only problem was the noise from the highway!!! My first clue, was the room had complimentary earplugs!!! I used them and well worth it!
Great Tequila Sunrise and fabulous coconut shrimp!
Small but nice pool.
Lobby was large and beautiful!
Each floor had a different name.

Bonito lugar un poco descuidado en algunas áreas.
Bonito lugar y muy buena atención del personal. Solo tiene áreas que tienen un poco descuidadas y el desayuno continental (y ya he probado varios desayunos continentales) es muy muy escaso... medio pan bimbo, 3 pedazos chicos de frutas y un café de mala calidad. Al estar cerca de la carretera de Cancún se escucha bastante ruido de los autos que pasan pero si eres de sueño pesado no afecta mucho.

No es un lugar para disfrutar del mar
La playa no se presta para salir a caminar. Le falta mantenimiento en los puentes que tienen de madera. Me dijeron que como cortesía por el cumpleaños de mi esposo me adornarian el cuarto, pero se les olvidó. Te dan 2 aguas de cortesía de 600 ml entoda tu estadía. Tiene cafetera pero no te dan café. El personal es muy amable, la persona que atiende en la madrugada es súper amable.

Has Potential; Missed the mark
This hotel had a lot of potential and the staff was very friendly and did their jobs well. The only thing was the amenities such as the pool in the rooftop and the beach area felt like it was abandoned. There was a lot of structures and area that looked like it used to be nice but it just wasn’t maintained. The beach was small and didn’t seem like it was kept up well. There was a sewage smell well walking to the beach and the hotel is too close to the highway. All we could hear was traffic. There was also a faint sound of spa music that played all night which was distracting when we were trying to sleep. Again, it was okay but it was missing a lot.
