Relaxing location
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very clean resort. Calm and relaxing. We did read about the road noise due to it being right near the highway. We didnt mind it except for an occasional loud motorcycle. All if the staff was very kind and helpful.

Enjoyed 2 days here
Had a good 2 night stay. Glad I had a car as everything feels remote. Stand out lobby, just beautiful. Had the luxury studio w the stairs up to the porch. Be sure to look at crme reviews of the property to get accurate rvws of the stay. Half price of others but you get what you pay for. NT will stay right on pretty white sand.

Decepção
Banho frio, portas do quarto e varanda sem privacidade, café da manhã decepcionante. Situação desagradável no check out pois cobraram 2 canecas quebradas (400 pesos aproximadamente 20 dólares cada uma) e mesmo explicando que o acidente ocorreu ao abrir a porta do quarto uma forte corrente de ar fez a cortina derrubar as canecas que estavam sobre a mesa.

Wonderful
A beautiful hotel, which has suffered a lot under that last two recent hurricanes. However the room with direct pool access was a dream! The staff was very friendly, parking spaces available and conveniently close to the airport yet hidden away in the jungle near the beach. Cute!

Safe and Culturally Enriching
The resort has pools and a very private beach. It is full of amazing art and interesting places to explore. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The service is better than anywhere else I have travelled and as a solo female traveller I felt very well taken care of and safe. The property is secure and the staff obviously likes working with each other. My Spanish is no bueno but that required little effort on site as most everyone is happy to provide the highest level of service. If you are into a truly unique experience while being pampered, this is the place. You will love the vibe and culture that surrounds you. Other reviews mention road noise. That is a factor, for sure, but overall the stay was very calming, relaxing, and the food in the restaurant surpassed all of our expectations. Great care is taken to ensure guests are comfortable and safe. And the artwork is amazing.

Pesimo
Las albercas imposible usarlas ya que estaban con la temperatura muy fría por lo tanto siempre están vacías. La habitación con un ruido insoportable que viene desde la avenida además a la hora de la salida querían hacerme cargo por unas sábanas que ya estaban dañadas y con mancha de oxido las cuales si anteriormente me hubiera dado cuenta hubiera pedido que me cambiarán de habitación. El desayuno incluido es una burla parece que están buscando ahorrar lo máximo y miden que pieza de pan otorgarán. Realmente considero que hay mucho mejores opciones y no regresaría.

Beautiful location. Some downsides.
It is a beautiful place. The pool and the lobby are stunning, especially at night lit up, the view from our room was breathtaking and from the rooftop during the golden hour it was so lovely. The traffic sounds were very loud though at night, which was not relaxing. The door and wall is very thin on street side. But you get to wake up and see the ocean and the staff are all very kind and friendly. Some things were needing repair after a storm a few days before and were closed off hopefully temporarily so we weren’t able to walk down to the water from the hotel.

Some of the nicest and friendliest staff you will come across. Unfortunately the rooms are so close to the motorway and the doors are just basic timber doors with no seal, so you can hear every single vehicle very clearly. It's very annoying, thankfully I was able to get to sleep all right.
