I LOOOOVE THIS MOTEL!!! The location is amazing. Within walking distance to McDonalds, Walgreens, a gas station, Portillo's, Rainforest Cafe, Midas (which came in handy as we had to get our oil changed), etc. Free parking!!! We left our car in the hotel (even before the check in time on our first day and everyday since), and explored the city by foot and bus/train (wayyy cheaper than parking at every attraction). Every staff that we came across with are extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are well-kept and very very clean. Only drawback for me was how the noise from the other guests who are coming in and out of their rooms can be heard from inside ours.

Good location and price

The rooms don't have individual thermostats. The one we were in was overheated all the time. We asked the desk to turn the heat down, but at some point it becomes embarrassing to have to keep pestering them. At one point we opened the window, which improved things considerably, until early in the morning when we were awoken by garbage trucks that seemed to be right outside.

We had a great stay at the Ohio House. So nice to have free parking and a variety of eating places within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. We'll plan to stay here again.
