Do NOT stay here
We had a late check in, contacted them hours before with time. Arrived, lobby was locked, call system worked but no one answered at desk. Took 20 min to get someone to come to front and let us in. Elevator did NOT work. Beds were very uncomfortable. Breakfast was a granola bar…that’s it . ALL they offered. Vending machines were broken. It is a brand new property. Not a good impression at all

Disappointed
We were on the 2nd floor with 4 people and 3 pets, so the fact the elevator did not work at midnight when we arrived, and there was no ability to use a luggage cart, was so frustrating. We got to our room and it was nearly 80 degrees, and stocked with 4 small towels. The breakfast should be listed as equal to a vending machine selection, not a breakfast. The room took 6 hours to cool down to sleep. The pet fee was double what i am used to paying. The front desk was rude, aside if the person who checked us out christmas day. I cancelled the second night and found a better option.

Very pristine hotel!
The room was smaller than we ate used to, but the space was more accommodating. It was designed for longer stays, so we didn’t use the kitchen. If we had wanted to, we would have had to get utensils and cookware from the front desk. Loved the shower. Breakfast was more convenience foods.

Good value for Pueblo, Colorado
Pretty new hotel. Very clean. Very nice staff. Grab and go breakfast was provided. I had yogurt and my husband had a muffin and a mandarin orange. Excellent place to stay in Pueblo.

It was clean and comfortable. We were there 3days and noone came in cleaned room or brought towels. Mabey its different with extended stay. Other than that it was great.

Disappointing
The elevator was out of service. The vending machines were out of service. The room did not include soap or shampoo. The room was not furnished with any plates, cups, glasses, silverware, pans, or a basic coffee maker in the kitchenette.

Home away from Home
It was a very inviting and comfortable environment. The staff was courteous and friendly. The amenities were accommodating. For sure would stay again if given the opportunity.
