This hotel’ service is not a five-star hotel. And I feel that the staffs are not professional. I left a luxury clothes and immediately call to the hotel, they don’t try to find it. I keep contacting them by email, they ignored it. If All members of the staff receive training appropriate to their work, they don’t treat customers like that. You, Kings court hotel, do you think the guests who has left is not your guests anymore? Shame on you! Are you happy with get a luxury item like that way?
