We stayed two nights in a superior room on the way home from another destination. We have stayed here several times in the past and it has a lot going for it. It’s close to the beach, just down the laneway from the resort. It’s also close to shops, restaurants, and a supermarket, all easy walking distance. The grounds and pool area have always been beautiful and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The superior rooms are upstairs, one or two flights but the staff will assist with bags. These rooms have a nice balcony, all with outlooks over the pool area. For people like us who don’t enjoy the large hotels with lots of people, Parigata is a great option. It’s fairly small and feels like a little oasis. The rooms are clean and comfortable with a good fridge and aircon, and the WiFi works well. The bathrooms are old-style with shower in bath and a curtain (which we don’t like), and the water pressure and shower heads are not great. They really do need to upgrade the bathrooms; they’ve been the same for many years since we started coming here. The only other negative for this trip was that our organised hotel pickup went bad when the driver went to the wrong terminal, then he took the long way to the hotel and aircon in his car wasn't good. So we were hot and a bit grumpy and arrived to find our room wasn't ready (after 2pm). We weren't happy but they sorted it quickly and swapped us to another room that was ready. Overall a great place to stay.

I really liked this resort. The staff are delightful and helpful. The grounds and pool area is lush and tropical. They put on entertainment some nights which was a real bonus. The restaurant was very reasonable and food good for a good price. The biggest negative was the WiFi is barely functional. We had staff in the room multiple times and for a hour at a time trying to fix the issue. It still remained intermittent and slow after a lot of effort on their part. Still like this resort regardless.

The property is located a stone throw from the beach and there is a pool with waterfalls at the facility that runs 24/7 giving you that calming peace and tranquillity which is what you need when you are unwinding during a holiday. Although this hotel has a few issues in regard to the visual appearance of some areas in the hotel and in our room. Like areas in the lobby/dining room not being utilised; lobby bar and pool side bar, broken and crumbling tiles in our room and bathroom. Our overall stay was good. The room itself was large with all we needed supplied, the bed was comfortable and the service from the front end and cleaning staff were excellent. The hotel is centrally located in Sanur with an easy walk to the beach and many good restaurants.

Just Beautiful

We spent 3 lovely days at the resort. The staff were fantastic. Always friendly and smiling. The rooms were cleaned to a high standard daily. The breakfasts were amazing and we enjoyed the cultural night at the restaurant. It’s in a great location close to the beach and restaurants and the pool was so relaxing with a beer in the afternoon. The hotel arranged a tour with a fantastic guide named Nova who took us out all day and made us feel welcome in his country. We couldn’t recommend Nova highly enough. If you want to do a tour ask for him by name. You won’t be disappointed.

This is a very beautiful hotel located in a very walkable area in Sanur. It's literally right near the beach and surrounded by shops on both sides. It's very green and features a ton of foliage and plants, giving it a true island feel. The lobby is really nice and great for pics as is the pool area. The pool is kind of deep, which is great for anyone who wants to swim. Our room was clean and spacious, although the decor of the room was a bit dated and I didn't like how weak the toilet was - we had a clog early on followed by very weak pressure throughout our stay. The main reason for the 4 stars is partly because of the bad toilet but mainly because of thw WiFi. It was so bad and spotty and even disappeared at times, leaving us without internet. That being said, I'd stay here again since it is a wonderful spot and could be even better if management is able to address those issues.

Bel hôtel bonne situation

L hôtel est bien situe , il donne dans la rue principale de Sanur ou l on trouve un large choix de restaurants, spa et boutiques. Il est bien entretenu, la hall d accès est très beau avec des cascades, la piscine est très sympa dans un petit mais beau jardin. Nous avions une chambre familiale, très grande mais pas une très bonne localisation car elle donnait au dessus de la réception donc assez bruyant. Très bon petit déjeuner et personnel bienveillant.

The location was excellent just next door to Maya so access to the beach is easy. At this time though the gang access from Parigata was closed andunder construction so we just walked next door to thebeach from Maya. All staff were excellent, from reception to Jack taking our bags and to Luh at the restuarant. Location is excellent. See you next time.
