The room is basic but clean. - A multi-purpose shampoo and body wash dispenser is provided in the washroom. - Disposable body and face towels are provided, but not a toothbrush or toothpaste, we brought our own. - A wall-mounted TV, kettle, and hair dryer are provided. - Room air-con was cold - No breakfast was provided, but that was fine for us. - What works for us was the location, walking distance to MTR (Central/Hong Kong Station), Tram Peak, near Victoria Peak, Lan Kwai Fong.

Very poor design with the shower just right behind your bed and ventilation. The room is constantly damp and there’s a constant musty heavy smell in the air. Can’t be good for health and your belongings. Good luck.

was ok the bathroom is really tight. it you are 180 CM and 114 Kg hard to get in and out. and the bed is small your feet hang off. Alos the Hotel is cheap they charge you 10 HKD to check a bag after paying to stay there a few nights it sleazy and I only recommend this place if you want to party in the area and not have to struggle to find a cab under 500 HKD at 2 am after a night out to go back to Kowloon. Also, what's the deal with paper towel's for towels, literally no old fashioned cotton towels.

Location, location, location!

Location, location, location! If you want to be right in the middle of Lan Kwai Fong (Hong Kong main nightlife area, followed by Wan Chai and Knutsford Terrace), there is no other hotel better located than Mini. But size is a problem, forget having big luggage with you in the room. Also, they dont offer toiletries, they offer disposable towels, that are just horrendous.

None of the rooms has a safe..

This is a budget hotel - understood. There was however ann inaccuracy in the room description that I want to flag. My room was described as having a laptop compatible safe. I’m travelling for business and I specifically wanted a safe. On arrival I found no safe and when I questioned the reception, they told me that there haven’t been safes in the rooms for years now. Please update the details on your site to reflect this.

Not too bad with that price tag. Great location. Somehow the conditions of the common areas of the hotel are far better than the rooms. Again with that price tag you get what you need.

Just a good location to spend a night.

Great location close to Central, but it takes quite some stairs uphill, friendly staff. Not very clean, stains on towel and lining, also a hair on towel. Room is aged and worn down.

Very convenient and easy to find. Staff was very friendly and efficient check in. Cleanliness wise, could have done better. Can definitely see black stains and disgusting window shades. At least the bed was clean and expect the air conditioning to be slightly noisy too.
