Great staff, limited breakfast, rooms extremely small for two ski travelers, no fridge or coffee in rooms, walls are paper thin so every sound is shared - the neighbors had loud sex each morning, building has no lift and is ADA hostile.

Not sure it was clear that my room had a shared bathroom. HOWEVER, on my floor, only 3 rooms shared 1 bath and on the other side, 2 rooms shared another. Rooms and bathrooms are very nicely done and renovated. Sharing the bathroom wasn't a bother at all.

Walls are paper thin, beware shared bathrooms.
Unless the room description EXPLICITLY says 'private bathroom', you will have a shared bathroom. Choose wisely. The walls are paper thin, got woken up on 2 different nights at 3 am by people taking phone calls or folk just coming home late from the bars. The owners/managers need to add signs to the upstairs rooms and corridors reminding people to keep the noise down. This also means people using the shared bathrooms can be heard coming and going from other rooms. The lack of a reception desk and the weird keypad locks are hard to use (I could never get the web app to work) and since most of the staff there are working the restaurant, it's hard to know how to approach with room related questions. They have a chat option but it is manned by an AI bot, so getting quick results is unreliable. All in all, an average stay.

Ok, aber ich würde nicht nochmals dort übernachten
Ich hatte ein EZ. Die begehbare Fläche in Dusche/WC war minimal. Mit einem Schritt war man im Bad…fertig. Drehen nur an Ort und Stelle möglich. Abgesehen davon sauber und funktional. Im Zimmer roch es sehr abgestanden als wäre seit Jahren nicht mehr gelüftet worden. Dieser muffige Geruch steckt anscheinend in den Wänden fest, denn trotz gründlichem Lüften roch es nach kurzer Zeit wieder muffig. Ich bin in der Nacht wach geworden und habe die Gelegenheit genutzt zum erneuten Lüften. Hätte man mich beim Check-out nach Feedback gefragt, hätte ich es auch direkt gesagt, aber es fragte niemand. An einem Sonntag vor 7 Uhr haben Gäste auf dem gleichen Stockwerk Haare geföhnt und sind früh abgereist. Falls sie beim Föhnen nicht die Zimmertür offen hatten, ist es sehr hellhörig. Die Benutzung des Parkplatzes im kleinen Innenhof kostet (aktuell) 15.- pro Tag. An sich ist das ok, aber es wäre schön gewesen, das im Voraus zu wissen. Das Restaurant sieht hübsch und einladend aus. Ich habe es jedoch nicht benutzt und kann es nicht beurteilen. Das Personal war freundlich beim Ein-/Auschecken.

Host was very friendly and helpful! Our room had been recently renovated and was clean and very well done. The lobby area was very cozy and welcoming. We arrived on a Tuesday and their restaurant was closed in the evening but we were given excellent recommendations for elsewhere.
