I stayed here on business in September 2025. I had booked well in advance, so was disappointed that I was given a room on the ground floor. There were a lot of homeless people outside the window, there was a constant hum of the fans and the TV had no sound.
I asked to be moved, but the receptionist said they didn't have any other rooms. After 30 minutes, I couldn't take any more of the hum, so I asked another receptionist, who was able to find me a room on one of the higher floors. These ground floor rooms should not be in use, as they are not of the same standard as the rest of the rooms.
Apart from that, the breakfast was good and the conference facilities are good too. Handy that they offer free parking in the adjacent car park.
