The Policy from Expedia and front desk didn’t match. Front desk didn’t explain to me check out time and breakfast that was free. Only certain items were free for breakfast so they charge me. I went based off what I saw on Expedia when I booked check out time was at noon (12) and free breakfast.
Front desk lady was very annoyed. She brought another girl that try to explain to me in a polite way but was also annoyed and overwhelmed. They kept messaging me on WhatsApp saying I didn’t pay for my room when I did pay for my stay online when I booked though Expedia. There was many pros and cons for my stay but will not stay here again due to staff not being understanding.
