Great stay. Amazing food! Clean property. Great location. Great staff. 15 minute walk from the floating bridge that takes you into the town with shopping, dinning, live music. 10 minute walk from cruise ship dock. Stay here if you’re going to Curacao

Ideal para descansar e comer sem se preocupar
Hotel grande, beira mar, porém quase todos os dias tem navios de cruzeiros bem em frente tapando a vista do mar e fazendo barulho do reabastecendo do navio. Quarto limpo e confortável; Comida e variedade boa; Percebi algumas coisas precisando de manutenção, como torneira de banheiro e chuveiro da piscina; Algumas cadeiras e mesas da beira mar quebradas. Academia pequena para o complexo de 3 hotéis.

El mejor fin de año de mi vida, que fiesta más bonita nos hicieron. El café del hotel, es un plus 6 variedades de calidad, los felicito de verdad. Comida y bebida de calidad, nos atendieron divinamente, es un hotel que no molesta para nada. Comida había todo el tiempo variada y deliciosa. Limpieza a diario, y música siempre variada. Me encantó, fuimos muy felices.

The service was the worst I've ever encountered.. The restaurants were dysfunctional, we didn't get food and were forced to leave to leave room for the next guests.. The bars was great though! Many times there was no clean towels at the pool/beach.

São dois hotéis juntos, pode-se frequentar as áreas comuns dos dois, mas o Rif tem menos opções. Hotel muito grande, com alta ocupação. Quando da reserva consignei o meu interesse em uma suite, com varanda privativa e ANDAR ALTO. Quando no hotel destinaram-me uma suite no térreo, com varanda comum a uma área de transito. Reclamei. Prometeram-me a mudança para o outro dia. Não fizeram. Só no terceiro dia foi efetuada a troca e para o PRIMEIRO andar, em uma suite com o ar condicionado que não regulava a temperatura. Comida e bebidas regular. Uisque 12 anos tem que ir ao Loby do Hotel Mangrove beach. O Staf de certa forma é bom, funcionários bem atenciosos,com exceção da recepção que são muito enrolados.

Horrible experience, ruined the start of our trip
The hotel is fairly new, we booked two rooms for a family of 4 adult and 1 youth. Check in was terrible we got to the room and the rooms was set up for two adult, the second bed was not in the room, after numerous calls to the the reception, a bed was provided at 12am hours after check in. Second day, we were my 13 year old was discriminated against in the restaurant which was reported to the managers. At that point non of our party wanted to eat in the restaurant. The manager offered as a Will of good gesture to book us into the different restaurant, however the first restaurant we were booked in refused us entry as we were not on the guest so we went without dinner that night. Again this was reported to the night manager who offered room service for a sandwich at 7:30pm but sandwich did not come until 11:30pm. We spend us entire holiday leaving the hotel in the morning and coming back to sleep at night. Despite we paid all inclusive, we did takeout throughout our holiday. Room was not cleaned and there were plates left out in the hallway for days. These issues were logged with the hotel and to date no compensation was given. Another guest while we were they reported theft while we were complain about the hotels the service we received Daniel from customer experience and another manager were approachable along with a handful of staff member were friendly, however, some check in staff especially the lady that checked us in was very dismissive and unfriendly.

Good stay
The stay was overall ok not too bad but not too impressive either. The staff weren’t always the friendliest and room service was kind of slow but were reliable enough for all of your needs. The pool was huge but I wish it was open longer, though I kind of understand for safety reasons given the 24/7 open bar lol. The buffet food was always fresh and delicious although I wish it was easier to get a res for the sister resort restaurants would have loved to try those. Overall I’d say this is a good place to stay if you want to spend more money on activities and souvenirs than food and lodging. I would stay here again.

Atendimento ruim
Infraestrutura maravilhosa, porém o atendimento deixou a desejar desde o início no check in. Os 2 quartos que reservei nao estavam prontos no horario de check in. E nao nos deram os quartos frente oceano que reservei. Tive que reclamar e entao nos deram quartos com vista parcial e nao os oceanfront cruise como estava na reserva. Outro ponto foi atendimento em restaurante. Ficávamos até constrangidos de pedir algo diante do mau humor dos funcionários. Estive no mangroove em 2023 e fomos bem atendidos. Mas agora no the Rif precisam melhorar o atendimento muito.

Lugar maravilhoso e atendimento nota 1000!!
Fomos muito bem atendidos desde o primeiro momento em que chegamos, todos funcionários muito educados e prestativos. Nossa estadia foi excelente. Nós dividimos nossa estadia no The Rif e no Mangrove e os dois foram excelentes. Os quartos são limpos e os funcionários repõe a geladeira todos os dias. A comida é muito saborosa, com muitas opções e também além do buffet tem opções de restaurantes de especialidade. O resort é muito animado, tem eventos a noite, os bares tem várias opções de drinks. A praia é muito bonita e muito cuidada, piscinas muito legais e limpas, também tem um parque aquático muito legal, gostamos muito! Se você procura um local perfeito com certeza é lá! Eu e minha esposa não falamos tão bem inglês e o espanhol porém em todo momento os funcionários se dedicavam a nos compreender, explicando para nós devagar. O restaurante que mais gostamos foi o BBK. O lugar e o atendimento nota 1000!!

Except the unexpected
Honestly was worked due to the mixed reviews about service and construction but my experience was far from that! Everyone was very welcoming and friendly, check-in was super quick and easy! Staff at the restaurants were very attentive, it is a bit more relaxed with seating so pick a table and someone will be over (Harbour restaurant). Overall everything was great! I would come back
