Was only in town for a night. Stayed here cause they offered airport shuttle.
However, once I got to the terminal and called to arrange a pickup, they put me on hold for 15 min. I’m had to hang up and call again a few minutes later before I could finally speak to someone. They proceeded to tell me that I just missed the pick up by 5 minutes, and the next shuttle won’t be there for another hour.
Yes, I understand that the front desk is busy; but why not have an automated message telling people where they can go to wait for the shuttle.
Then in the morning, my flight was scheduled to leave before their shuttle officially starts running.
Again, I get it. But please put the operable hours on the site or something. I ended up spending money on Ubers cause their shuttle service couldn’t match my needs.
I don’t expect the world to revolve around me, but having necessary information would’ve impacted where I stay.
