服務態度良好

工作人員態度非常好，學生們都很認真和努力服務客人。離烏布市區有段距離，走路基本上不太可能，因此適合租機車的旅客居住，不然就只能在飯店用餐了。

Very good

We stayed 3 nights there. staffs are very nice,and polite. When we arrived they gave us a drink and a cool towl. There are two swimming pools in the hotel that u can enjoy swimming till 10:00p.m. The hotel is very big, the room is clean n big. The drawback is the bed is too soft. Overall , the most attractive things are NICE PPL, NICE VIEW , NICE FOOD.

只要有去峇里島!一定會再住這裡！

我們夫妻九天的行程，四家旅店，這這家最滿意！這家慈善基構，照顧了許多生活貧困的小朋友，我們從頭到尾接觸的都昰20歲以下的小朋友，多約16~18歲之間，大人似乎都幕後指導，但這些小朋友每一個都努力的想做好事情！行理員，櫃檯，廚師，清潔員，傳統舞蹈著都是如此，僅管有些事情因為年輕沒經驗，無法完美，但我們夫妻養育過小孩，都比他們大了，知道他們這年紀能做到這樣，真是不錯了。游泳池不錯，食物也OKi儘管曾萺經菜上有小蟲子，但都很抉解決'在這家旅店，感受到的就是祥和，舒緩，尊重。這唯一讓我感受友一點遺憾的就是，85%以上一的客人都是白人!對東方人的英語，習慣，接受度差了些!但都在可接受的範圍內，只要您準備好goggle的翻譯網頁，店內有wify,很好解決，再去峇里島'一定再去'希望我們臺灣人能多去看那些小朋友，並發揮像(慈濟)的愛心，幫助他們！

远离喧嚣的田园风酒店

很有田园风的酒店，酒店边就是稻田，风景很好，离闹市区较远，外出吃饭稍显不便，白天有去乌布的免费往返大巴，酒店很满意

靠近乌布的高性价比酒店

该酒店交通稍微有点不方便，到乌布中心需要20多分钟车程，不过还好有Shuttle Bus。服务很好，酒店的硬件因为时间长，设施一般。不过这儿的服务人员都很nice，让你感觉到家一样。

Didn’t have room ready post check in time. Waited at green water pool while getting bitten by? Pool side toilet so broken a guy couldn’t lift the lid to take a sanitary pee. Got tired waiting for my room. Reception stated my credit card was declined and I’d have to pay cash (pre paid via Orbitz). Stated that they upgraded me from the view room I requested. Showed me a larger room overlooking the service entry. Asked them to cancel my booking. Stated they couldn’t. If a charge appears, someone other than me is paying for this inconvenience. I had to walk a mile to a “real” hotel.

Not a good hotel

Not a great hotel. Was staying on the ground floor, the window didn't close and there was no safe in the room. The swimming pool looked as if it hasn't been used in years. My sheets on the bed felt damp

The most calm and peaceful in Ubud

I have stayed at Suly long term and short term since over the past several years and for the most part have been very pleased with the service and the setting. The property is located in a rice field and surrounded by and all natural setting. The two swimming pools make it very easy too relax before and after a long day of seeing all the sites in Ubud. I have traveled to and worked in over 176 countries around the world and I keep coming back to Suly because of the grounds, surroundings and the magic there. I have never found a more peaceful place to stay.

Jeg valgte hotellet via deres super fine billeder, men stedet lignet noget der var løgn. Mit værelse havde ikke noget vand, hvilket jeg bemærket sent aften, da jeg havde barberet hovedet og skulle i bad. Efter i timer men mange snak i receptionen, spurgte jeg om jeg kunne tage et bad i et andet værelse. Morgen efter kunne mit toilet heller ikke skylle. Værelset var slet ikke det samme som på billedet. Billederne på nettet burde opdateres.

Beautiful Hotel and delicious food!

Can‘t complain about anything! All the different buildings of the Hotel look stunning, the location is very praceful and quiet due to the distance to the mainstreet, the staff is highly professional and polite and can help in every situation. Also they all speak english very well so communicating works out perfectly. It really has been a pleasure staying there
