Room is old (family suit I stayed)

Not clear at all and the bath tub is super dirty.

We booked a room for 4 people and it make us shocked after we checked in. As the photo shown, that's one of the bed of our "family room" which just like a ghost house. After talking with the staff, they help us to change to another room and add a bed for us. I don't know why they can give us such as terrible room. And the breakfast is bad as well.
Another problem is that they suddenly tell us that we need to compensate for the lost of two bottle of water and two towel. That make us really angry as we never drink their water and steal their towel. So we insist not to pay for it.
I think their service and environment (the new room) is not bad yet their administration and arrangement are really terrible and messy.
I reserved my room less than 1 week before my departure but luckily there was a room. I hate staying at the back end of the corridor so I made remarks on it for a special arrangement not to put me there. However, I checked in at 3am after my flight delay and some chit-chat with my local friend and I have got assigned a room at the back end of 5/F. I was very disappointed to their arrangement as I am quite sure not many pax require special arrangement like "no back end room", but they do something exactly opposite my will... Luckily? There were 2 card keys tried by the bellboy for more than 5 times but we still could not open the room so I had to be arranged to another room. This time the room was totally different from other rooms in appearance on the 2/F. I said not this room not this room not this room but they said there was no other choice as full house. Ok I had to stay in this room that made me no sleep whole night. Well the room was clean enough and the bed was not bad, I just felt uncomfortable and stayed awake whole night. On the 2nd day they finally arrange another room for me and I could finally sleep... It was the first time I experience the hotel service which is totally opposite to my will, while this request was not made very often. I was quite disappointed by their service but location-wise they are good! I have to think again whether I will stay there the next time...
