Check in was hectic. Their system to collect payment is not streamlined. There is no service just outside the property so we were waiting in the cold to finish check in for 45 minutes.
when we did get in touch the property manager “went on break” right when we were trying to get check in instructions extending our time outside in the cold. We had to start the process over with another representative.
The hot water lasted about 3 minutes. I flagged this and they took a whole day to get back to us. They had a “boost” feature which extended the hot water to about 6 minutes. With 3 people staying in the apartment one of us was always taking an ice cold shower.
Communication was poor.
The property itself was nice, clean and comfy but the ice cold shower and poor communication from the property manager really made the stay rather unpleasant. Wouldn’t return for that reason.
