Do not stay here
When we arrived there was old toothpaste and hair stuck to the walls. My bed was very damp to wet. We got the bedding changed which was better. Tv did not work. Room has a weird smell and stains on sheet. Blanket was fleece with numerous holes. No one covered the front desk when I tried to check out at 5:45 am. We had to return later. They only take cash security deposits. Do not stay here.

Place to Park Your Carcass
“Budget Inn” means there are two double beds with two pillows each, a decent blanket, cold mini fridge, working microwave, a tiny bar of soap, and two towels. It’s 85% clean. There is no coffee, there are no pictures, there aren’t outlet covers on half the outlets and they spark when you plug things in. Supplies like towels are only available between 10-4 while housekeeping is on site. You have to get your key cards renewed every day at the office. $50 cash deposit. The location is noisy with lots of road traffic, cars going down the alley playing deafening music, pedestrians talking and partying. Office staff is really nice. It’s a cheap option if you really need a place to crash on your way through. Not recommended for multiple nights or with your family while you’re visiting/attending activities in St Pete.

Hands down the most disgusting hotel ever!
This was absolutely the worst hotel i've ever stayed at in my life. There was no heat, no hot water, there were dorito crumbs all over the bed, and the room stunk like cigarette smoke.

Traffic noise non-stop
The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. It is a very old motel but was clean and had NO old motel smell. We checked out at midnight and forfeited our payment because the street was so noisy and a lot of sketchy people hanging around the perimeter. We did not feel safe.

Dump. Toilet paper holder broke. Left us a half
Rooms were dirty . Floor made my socks brown. Toilet paper holder broken . They put toilet paper on top of toilet . Only half a roll . No Kleenex tissues at all in room . Light fixture in front of bathroom housing missing . Only one bulb . Light didn’t work . Bathtub had some anti skip cardboard thing pealing.afraid to take shower or sleep under sheets . Slept on top in my cloths. Shady drug type looking caracters waking around. Hot water barely warm. Worst I have ever seen . Slept in burgers inns in the past . Never like this

When I had to provide a $50 cash deposit , I know it wasn’t going to be a nice play to stay , once I seen the room I asked for the deposit back and they refused as it was deposited in their safe ! Will try to get in next day . Place was absolutely horrible .

Never again.
On my check out day I wanted to leave at 6 am so I could be back home in fort Myers to prepare for an 11am interview. When I asked for my $50 cash deposit back I was told only the manager has access to safe and to wait until 10am. Since I couldn't wait I was told to call later and they'd put it on my card. Well it's been 2 days and numerous calls and I still get the manager isn't in, try later. Also when I checked in there was no toilet paper and the holder was broken, I had to ask for paper the next morning. There was long hair on the floor next to the shower like it's not been cleaned.
