Absolutely Awful Customer Service
When we arrived, the entire apartment (including the beds) smelled like cigarette smoke. There was also a loud, chirping smoke detector that had been disconnected. I messaged the property several times about both of these with no response. I reached out to Hotels.com who gave me the number to contact — it was their janitor, not property management. I didn’t hear back until the next morning and all I got was “we’ll put in a ticket” and an email sent to the rest of the guests reminding them not to smoke — no resolution, no offer of clean sheets, nothing. The beds were uncomfortable, as well as smelling like cigarettes. The WiFi (which they gave us the password to) went out mid-day of our third day, and when I messaged to let them know, I got a response saying WiFi is not an included amenity. I was simply trying to let them know the amenity that they HAD provided for us upon check in wasn’t working. In addition to the loud street noise outside (which can’t be helped due to the area), there is a loud, continuous beeping from the lobby, which really impacted our sleeping, but after not getting a response about anything else it seemed pointless to message the property. I will never stay here again and I would recommend not giving this company your money. Poor communication and below average digs. Not worth what they are charging.

This was the most horrible experience we have had. The beds were worse than in a cell. The noise was impossible to sleep. We left the following day and lost two more days of our stay. We could not stand there anymore as we were in for a hospital visit and needed the rest.

The place smelled like cigarettes when I came in. I dont think it was someone who stayes there but from people smoking out in front. You can hear everything from 63rd street which is a bit of a busy street. I think the snow also brought out people who wanted to hang out in front of the place. Accommodations were just fine. The communication was average. It was odd that there was no living room, but we were not really there. It eas also strange that you had to download an app to control the TV that has a trial expiration. The parking however was easy and I always got a spot in front.

La calefacción no servia del todo, las camas no eran comodas, a mi criterio faltan sillas al menos ya que solo habia un sillon en un dormitorio y una silla en el otro. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES STAY AT THIS PROPERTY OR ANY OTHER PROPERTY FROM THIS COMPANY. They are the worst! Upon entering our property we were greeted by a chirping smoke alarm. It went downhill from there. Damp, dirty towels, ripped pillows and insufficient bathroom supplies are one thing to deal with, but a broken heater during freezing cold temperatures are another. The unit was not livable, yet there is next to zero care from the renter. They don't have a number to call, and text messages aren't responded to in a timely manner. And when a response comes, at times it sounds like it's from a chat bot, not a person. Questions go unanswered and there is no sense of urgency to fix the numerous problems we encountered. We ended up finding a hotel elsewhere and the company refused to provide any kind of compensation to make things right for us. This is after someone assured us that we would get a full refund. A blatant lie! They kept all the money we paid for several nights, even though we left the unit after only a couple of hours, exactly in the same condition we found it in. The topper was that they had the audacity to imply that it was me, who broke their heater! Unbelievable. I’d give this company negative stars if I could.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We were within walking distance of Septa and there were plenty of bus routes nearby. There were a lot of food options within walking distance and a Walgreens up the block. As for the apartment, it was clean and comfortable. Perfect for two people. The kitchen is equipped with the basics, if you plan on staying for an extended period, know that the cookware is adequate for small meals, like frying an egg or making soup. You’re not going to have what you need to make an elaborate meal, which is okay because the food choices in the area are great. Definitely check out Jim’s West a couple of blocks away for a Cheesesteak. We stayed for 10 days after my husband had a medical procedure at Penn Medicine. The property management was very responsive when we had an issue with the WiFi. They sent a technician to our apartment to fix the issue after hours. They communicated with us whenever they were doing maintenance on the building. I was very happy with their professionalism and level of service. The building is older and very well maintained. The outer door had a keypad lock, as did our apartment. The hallways were clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood and the buildings show it. We felt safe the entire time we were there. People were friendly. My husband and I were happy with our stay and would definitely stay there again.

The property is exactly as advertised. Very well kept, secure, and clean. There is street parking around the property, it can be a bit tricky to get a spot sometimes, but if you drive down the side streets you can get a spot. The neighborhood is quite run down

7/10 The place was relatively safe with convenient stores nearby. The process was easy to check in, and there were a few friendly stray cats (that was a bonus)! Additionally, the metro station was close by. However, we did experience a mouse problem our first night. We contacted them about it and they sent an exterminator within 12 hours. We had no more mice problems after that. The owner had contacted us personally and compensated for it. Our other issues included the shower faucet that was not securely attached to the wall, making it difficult to switch on the shower head. In addition, the shower and kitchen drain were slow, and there was no hand or dishwasher soap provided. The AC filter in one of the rooms was unkempt, and a lot of the noise at night leaked through the AC unit. There is also no mirror other than the bathroom mirror. Overall, for the price, our stay was affordable and convenient enough.
