Sujo, com cabelos na cama, chão, mal conservado .

Péssima se trata de um elogio. Suja em más condições de conservação. O 1º quarto que nos colocaram era extremamente pequeno, cabelos nos lençóis e chão, bolor no banheiro, paredes sujas . Trocamos 4º vezes de quarto, todos nas mesmas condições. E não se trata de um hotel e sim motel, inclusive com objetos de sex shopping para venda, logo na recepção e ao subir pelas escadas . Não tem elevador, TV, as amenidades ficam em potes, que pra mim não são higiênicos. Ao meu ver o Hotéis.com também está errado, ao não forneceras devidas as informações, até porque a pessoa está pagando, tem o direito de saber, pra escolher que tipo de lugar ficar. Se soubesse, jamais teria pago a fortuna que pagamos pra ficar em um lugar desses, com nenhuma higiene. A atendente Daniela que nos recebeu, foi ríspida, mal educada. Mesmo que nos trocaram de quarto 3ª vezes, nenhum estava de acordo com o mínimo, principalmente no quesito higiene e conservação. Não volto nem se me derem diárias de graça. Quando saio da minha casa, o mínimo, sou eu ficar em um lugar igual, que no caso, a Suíte Sistina é horrível, suja, o banheiro cheirava esgoto. A porta do box danificada, paredes todas com bolor, isso nos 4ª quartos que tivemos, isso mostra que não é eventual. Inclusive acharam ruim de pedirmos o café ( que é no quarto) por não ter ao menos um salão para o mesmo ) e não comermos tudo, não como mesmo, se não gostei .Minha esposa notou ao chegarmos em casa, que sumiu um creme da Dior dela, com dois dias de uso

Fun, comfortable and well located

An ideal place to stay for couples. Less of a traditional hotel. No restaurant, bar or other facilities but great all the same as plenty of places close by. Comfortable wide bed, great jacuzzi bath and rainwater shower in the corner of the room (toilet in separate room, thankfully 🙂). Highlight as lots of others have said, was definitely the included breakfast, whereby you order whatever you want via the iPad the night before and it then arrives at your room and is laid out beautifully at a time of your choosing. Location was great too. In an area, close to lots of luxury shops. Near the Spanish Steps (a bit overrated), about 20 mins walk from the Colosseum and about 35 mins from the Vatican. Ideal place to stay whether you want a lazy, few days sleeping in or as a base for seeing the city, as we used it. Wouldn’t you recommend for families or non-couples. It’s definitely a couples hotel.

Excellent stay loved the area very convenient for walking to all sites. The room was great no issues and the breakfast was also great. I seen negative reviews about the hotel its location being in the red light district that is so untrue it is right in the tourist zone lol and literally the Spanish steps are 30 seconds from you once you walkout the hotel. The rooms are designed with sexy themes for couples it is not a swingers hotel I seen that In a negative comment also. I had a wonderful stay my wife and I loved it.

This is a beautiful hotel to stay at if you’re looking to spice up your sex life. Lace on the bed was an added touch that we loved. However the kitchette could have been a little better, and having hot showers were hard to come by. Something was wrong with the plumbing in our room. A coffee machine and TINY beer fridge was not enough. Overall had a great stay and would definitely recommend it to others

I wanted so badly for this to be the 5 star looking property that I saw in all the pictures, but it just wasn’t. Honestly we are quite disappointed in our overall stay and felt as if we didn’t the magical romantic Suite Sistina that everyone else seems to love. The breakfast was fantastic and I will say that and the staff were probably the highlights of our stay. The location is pretty nice being right on the Spanish steps - literally like a half block away - but it was semi-inconvenient because it was not as close to the other major sites as we had hoped and we had to walk a bit every single day/night to find something to eat or a bar. Unfortunately we did have to switch rooms halfway through our stay (7 nights total) because the toilet broke and some of the lights weren’t working in our room after the 3rd day. We had initially upgraded our room but the first room we stayed in seemed EXTREMELY basic and literally had just enough room for the bed, the bath, and our suitcases. There wasn’t anything special about it and it was very plain and disappointing. The second room we got moved to was better because it was bigger, had a jetted tub, and a nicer ambiance with better lights that actually worked. The bed in that room seemed a little smaller but otherwise it was definitely an upgrade compared to the first room. I did explain my frustrations to the front desk and they were very kind and gave us the other room that we didn’t have to pay extra for.

It is an excellent hotel with a fantastic location located in the city center. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff. The hotel is a few steps away from Spanish Steps and a few minutes walk from Trevi Fountain. The breakfast was delicious, and there was so much to choose from.

Gran opción para emociones en pareja, pleno centro

Hotel muy especial enfocado a parejas. Ubicado a escasos metros de la escalinata de plaza de España y de la fontana di Trevi. Habitación preparada para pasar momentos intensos e íntimos con tu pareja. El desayuno servido en la propia habitación es sobresaliente. El staff atento y amable. Lo único a mejorar son ciertos detalles de la habitación en cuanto a utilidad (iluminación, armario, ruido de un extractor cercano, ventanas de la habitación que daban a patio interior feo.... Pese a esas cosas negativas el hotel es altamente recomendable para unos días de pasión en Roma.
