I mean, it's fine. The staff person could have been nicer upon my arrival. The check-in process isn't exactly laid out before arrival. It felt like I was bothering the person who was sort of trying to help me. I knocked on the door to gain access because I did not see the strange entrance/access.
When I had an issue with checking in, she seemed upset about it and when the other person just happened to materialize he didn't acknowledge me at all and just looked at her and said she had to do it manually. With the key card in place ready to program, she just looked at me and took my credit card.
I asked about parking and the rate as I was told I needed to do that upon arrival, she said I needed to pay that separately downstairs (I parked B1). I scanned the code and it was $35/night and not $20.
I immediately sent the establishment an message through their app. No response.
Upon checkout I received a statement (after I was already on the road) that I was charged $20/night for parking. I wrote again on the app. No response.
I can't really decide if I liked this experience or not. Was the place clean, safe, and centrally located within walking distance to center of town? Yes.
The climate control was not user friendly (I've work tech and can figure things out, but this was weird). I figured it out, but it's possible it was just me tired from driving and stressing about making sure I arrived with the two hour window or risk losing access.
I can write more...
