Hair everywhere. Stains on carpet. Utterly disgusted. Gimmick “city view”. Most of the view was a power plant. Saw the tops of buildings through a foggy broken window.

The staff there lied to me and to hotels.com, double charged me and will not reimburse me even though hotels.com recorded the conversation. I’ve never actually been treated this way by a Marriott. It’s also crowded, the breakfast bar was mobbed, and the location sucks.

It was the worst check-in experience. I had to check in at a late time but I called them earlier in the day to make sure it wouldn't be a problem. They told me it would be okay as long as I arrived before 3am. I arrived at 2am. They had the most unprofessional, disrespectful, confrontational and rude receptionist. His attitude was so combative from the moment I got there that it made me feel unsafe. I had specifically booked and paid for a two queen room. He told me they no longer have such a room available and very rudely told me that I had no right to question it as I arrived so late and told me he can give me a refund. What a great solution for someone looking to check in at 2am to the hotel room they paid for months in advance. I would advise anyone to stay away from this place. The whole place seems like a scam.

We stayed 2 nights at this property in a very small room. The room's air conditioning did not work and it was very hard to sleep due to lack of air flow. The hotel agreed to move us to a new room but refused to do anything about a credit for the first night. When asked, they stated that it is Hotels.com responsibility to issue a refund but Hotels.com does not have a process for doing so. I will never stay at this property and will rethink any Marriott property due to their lack of sufficient customer service. Likewise, we will never use Hotels.com again.

They gave room without light, after complained they changed room , this room have bathroom drain was not working. We asked fixed the problem,they told us night time hotel engineers not available to fixed the problem. Very unpleasant stay with family. Recipient staff not cooperative.
