Achei o cardápio do café da manhã menos variado que das outras vezes. Alguns são pontos do hotel tb não estavam muito limpos. Também não gostei fato de o estacionamento coberto ter sido reduzido pela metade. No mais o hotel continua sendo muito bom.

Lamentável! Hotel destinado a caixeiro viajante, o café encerra às 9:30 mas 9:15 já começam a tirar tudo! Não fazem a minha questão em te atender. A responsável pelo café é desaforada e debochada. Não respeitaram nem o fato de estar com a família, com criança. Fujam…

Já estive hospedada outras vezes no hotel, mas essa foi de longe a melhor. Limpeza deixou muito a desejar, papel higiênico no meio, box com cabelo. No café da manhã, encontrei mais cabelo, no pires e nas duas vezes que peguei queijo com goiabada. Desisti do café...A recepcionista da manhã, sem vontade alguma de ser simpática. Lamentável, pois é o melhor hotel em Dionísio Cerqueira.

O quarto não tem ducha higiênica no banheiro, não tem espelho de corpo inteiro. Como fica numa região de venda de vinhos argentinos, achei péssimo não ter uma taça emprestada para levar pro quarto, mesmo pagando a rolha do vinho que eu estava tomando no jantar. O funcionário informou que por ordem da gerência eu não podia subir com a taça.

O hotel oferece uma estrutura excelente. Limpo, organizado, ótimo custo beneficio, ótima localização. Tudo isso aliado ao incrível atendimento de todos. Muito bom, mas não faça refeições lá

As instalações são muito boas e o pessoal do check-in/check-out muito gentil, mas a área de alimentação deixa muito a desejar. Na janta, pedi uma cerveja long neck e um filé bem passado. O filé veio ao ponto e s cerveja, depois de duas reclamações, só foi servida ao fim do jantar. No dia seguinte, optamos por fazer um lanche no rooftop. Pedi dois cafés e um sanduíche. O café foi servido, mas o sanduíche só veio quando não havia mais café... E, pior! com um frango extremamente duro no recheio. Impossível de cortar e de morder um pedaço do sanduíche. Tivemos que tirar os pedaços de frango de dentro e morder as pontas, para conseguir comer. Imediatamente após, minha esposa teve que correr para o banheiro! E passou muito mal à noite, com dor abdominal.
