Good hotel
Clean, comfortable and spacious room. Everything is done virtually so you don’t have to go to a front desk to check in/out. We had a plumbing issue and they resolved it quickly. Only complaint is more/brighter lighting is need in the room. Only had 3 soft light lamps and a light between the beds. Perhaps an overhead or fluorescent light. All else was great.

The room was comfortable enough for what we needed. Two Queen beds and a sofa bed was sufficient for 2 adults, 1 teen and 2 kids. The room was clean and location was convenient to the parks and within walking distance to several restaurants.

Value for money. Great experience.
Really great hotel for the price. Great location, amenities and staff. We we're very happy with our room, the pool area, shuttle service to Magic Kingdom etc. Would definitely recommend. Only thing we could have wanted was breakfast at the hotel. The nearby cracker barrel was great, but very, very crowded.

Cheaper but not really worth it
This place is an introverts dream, you check in online, you are given a virtual key to unlock your room thru your phone. I had to speak with the “front desk” person 2x and she wasn’t wearing a uniform which is whatever but her mirrored sunglasses she wore both times was weird. We were given 2 towels for a 7 day stay so when I requested more they had to write down my room number and how many towels they gave us. The room was basic as well as the bedding. The a/c worked but didn’t take the moisture out of the air so things were damp. The pool area was nice. The washer and dryer was $3/ each and the vending machine didn’t work to give any laundry soap and they don’t own the vending so you have to text a number and wait 24 hrs for a response. They don’t clean your room while you stay and if you ask for them to cleanit, it’s $25. We booked this place for the park shuttle but they only go to Magic Kingdom @730am and all other parks pick up at the hotel is 1030am. The times were not ideal so we ended up paying to park everyday. We won’t stay here again only because the price was a bit much for Super 8 accommodations. There was a lot of trash in the breezeway from the building to the parking lot by building c. Also when I booked this I had to fill out their bizarre paperwork for taking a photo of myself and sending a pic of my ID. Besicalpy you are doing the front desks job.

O hotel fica bem localizado, há restaurantes próximos, farmácia, tem bom acesso aos parques. O quarto tem um bom tamanho e foi entregue limpo e arrumado. Os itens de uso - shampoo, condicionador e sabonete são de boa qualidade. Os atendentes sempre foram muito educados e solícitos, resolvendo prontamente qualquer solicitação, seja por chat ou pessoalmente. Apenas acho estranho a limpeza durante a estadia, que só acontece se você pedir (e pagar). Isso é comum nos hotéis dos EUA, mas para brasileiros pode ser bem estranho. As toalhas começam a ficar úmidas e não secam, até que o quarto todo começa a ficar úmido e é realmente incômodo. Quando pedi toalhas novas, me deram, sem problemas, mas isso não é informado, só soube quando pedi. A iluminação do quarto é péssima, só tem 2 abajures e uma arandela, muitas vezes precisávamos usar a lanterna do celular para procurar algo. A tábua e o ferro de passar são ótimo e ajudam muito durante a estadia. Tem frigobar e microondas, mas não tem café da manhã, então compramos algumas coisas e nos viramos, outros dias saímos para tomar café da manhã em algum lugar. No geral, é um lugar ok para se ficar.

Excelente opção custo-benefício na área de Orlando
Estadia muito boa. Encontramos o quarto muito limpo mas fiquem atentos pois o hotel não oferece limpeza diária e se solicitada a mesma é um serviço pago, porém, nos ofereceram lençóis e toalhas limpos sempre que pedimos. O quarto tinha duas camas de casal e um sofá cama. Confortável para um casal com um filho. No nosso caso tivemos que abrir o sfofá cama pois temos dois filhos, porém não vi problema algum nisso. A equipe de limpeza, entretanto, deveria prestar um pouco mais de atençao à limpeza das superfícies altas - um dia coloquei uma toalha em cima do armário enquanto arrumava o quarto e ela ficou preta de sujeira. No mais, recomendo o hotel e pretendo retornar.
