Better than some reviews say great for. Night or 2

I was a little unsure of stying here due to the reviews but please don’t let them put you off - sure it’s not as updated and clean as it could be but it’s totally fine and the staff really helped anyway the could. For the price you couldn’t really ask for more - hot shower , bed , Tv .. with some nice lighting and blackout curtains . I don’t inspect the state of pillows / duvets / towells underneath the covers and what the eye could see was fine - or go stay at the ritz !

The environment looked clean at first glance but closer looks revealed hair on the bath towel and pillow and the fan in the bathroom was covered with thick layers of dust. The hot water also stopped working on the first morning of our stay so we had to bathe with cold water. The water situation was however fixed later in the day after being reported to the front desk staff.

Fui del 16 al 19 de agosto con mi hija de 11años y la daba asco hasta meterse en la cama,radiadores con pelusas,ducha todo el alrededor sucio lleno de pelusas y como si estaría roñoso y con mucha suciedad,te hacen la cama todos los días pero literal solo hacen la cama porque están las sabanas llenas de manchas y solo dan la vuelta a la sabana,las toallas con manchas,moqueta llena de suciedad, inodoro con manchas también y toallas lo mismo...da bastante asco lo único bueno la ubicación porque encima es diminuto que no me entraba ni la maleta por las escaleras que por cierto para ir al ascensor tienes que subir y bajar escaleras si o si.Deja mucho que desear en bastantes aspectos pero como vas 3-4 días a conocer Londres que solo vas para dormir pues bueno tampoco puedes pedir mucho más allí...
