Location is superb, next to the old town area and a few minutes walk to the train station. Hotel itself is decent. We booked a room that can accommodate 6 ppl for 4 of us. The room total area is large but it’s split in 2 levels so didn’t feel very large. Washroom is small especially the wash basin…..so small it feels like a toy size basin.

Urban chic, quirky, friendly, amazing location!

Amazing location, parking tricky but after 5 attempts we cracked it! Don't just watch the video once!!! Quirky urban hotel with spacious room and very friendly reception crew. Great dinner recommendation and handy bar. So well located right next to Petite France and Strasbourg was so pretty. Tea and coffee in room as well. Room was clean and slight need of TLC lost in urban chic decor! Stairs up to room bit grubby but room and bathroom lovely and clean. Really good place to stay!!

Very nice hotel in walking distance to both train station and city centre. Tram station right in front of the door. Super friendly and helpful staff, the rooms are small, but efficient. View wasn't the best but we came to sleep, shower, and catch some rest inbetween our many walks exploring beautiful Straßbourg. Lots of bars nearby, rooms out back are really quiet, though. Breakfast at EUR 14 is sufficient for a good day's start. Would recommend a stay there.

Perfect Stay Near Strasbourg’s Christmas Market

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Strasbourg! The location couldn’t have been better – it was just a short walk from the city center and the famous Christmas market. The hotel offered a perfect base to explore the market, with its festive atmosphere, beautifully decorated stalls, and delicious seasonal treats just around the corner. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with friendly staff who made our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, and the proximity to the Strasbourg Cathedral and historic district made it easy to experience the charm of the city. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting during the holiday season – it’s the ideal spot for enjoying the magic of the Christmas market and the city’s festive spirit!

Great location and comfortable, friendly hotel. There was a problem with the air conditioning which meant windows open during the warm nights, making for a pretty noisy environment between the nightlife and early-morning trams. Still would recommend - just bring ear plugs!

Walking distance to all Strasbourg attractions and the train station. Super friendly staff, gave my parents good dining advice and let them hang out in the lobby, despite them not staying at the hotel. Nice boulangerie next door and a small halal supermarket a few doors down the street. Easy walking access to Petite France, Christmas Markets and the Cathedral. Rooms have a good sized queen bed, a bathroom with walk in shower and a heated towel rack. A carton of water, tea and coffee is provided. Television is a relatively new Samsung and has chromecast capability, excellent if you don't speak French.

Accueil chaleureux, le personnel est très aimable, sauf que sinon il n'y a pas grand-chose de bien dans cet hôtel. La propreté très moyenne, des cheveux au sol, de la poussière accumulée, des traces sur les murs blancs ... Draps et serviettes très biens (heureusement), lit et oreiller confortables. En revanche, un filet d'eau sous la douche pour se laver, certes chaude mais peu abondante, pas pratique. Et alors une soufflerie ininterrompue ... alors que j'ai coupé clim et chauffage ... juste pourquoi ?? Les espaces communs : couloirs et escaliers, auraient grand besoin d'un bon coup de neuf ! Et la chambre dans laquelle j'étais aussi (rien à voir avec la photo montrée en appel sur le site). Le petit-déjà correct mais la personne au service était débordée, table et chaises pas bien nettoyées. Produits corrects mais plus de lait demi-écrémé (normal) "il a été commandé" ... Expérience vraiment moyenne, voire juste passable. J'y ai passé une nuit, dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel. Je n'y reviendrai pas.
