設施完善，全新裝修，但房間空間極少及狹窄，行李喼不能開啟，一開房門便跳上床，沒有電梯，如住高層便非常辛苦，與攜着大型行李着行上高層，樓梯狹窄，住客非常辛苦。完

Overall good with small shortcomings

Closer to Pimlico tube station rather than Victoria station, in a good neighbourhood. Was given a lower ground level room, room was small but overall quite comfy. Can hear tube trains passing, doesn't bother me too much but some may find it a little noisy. No lift, travelling with large suitcases may be inconvenient.

Rooms are VERY small, and only Contain double beds, despite booking a queen for more than a double Room. There was a dirty towel in our. Bathroom when we arrived, leaving us concerned with how clean it was. No elevator either, so for a hotel with 4 floors, that could Suck.

I booked Mornington but at arrival told there are issues with room and had to go to Victor instead. I was not informed prior to arrival. The check in clerk at Mornington was friendly and apologetic and help me find second hotel. The check-in clerk then was dismissive and not had a welcoming experience. Ask for help with aircon ans he never came to room. Contrast to the check out clerk Jeffrey was vert friendly. Shower gel bottle did not work. There is light coming in underneath the door from hallway which makes me think its not fire conpliant. Road noise bir bad but overall ok. Room was small as was bathroom but it was new and well decorated and served the purpose.

O The Mornington London Victoria fica em uma área bem tranquila, com cafés, salão de beleza, loja de conveniência e restaurantes a poucos passos e muito próximo da Estação Victoria. O hotel é pequeno e não tem elevador, o que dificulta bastante pra quem malas maiores. Por sorte, me hospedei no térreo. Cama confortável, chuveiro bom, mas o quarto e a área de banho são bem pequenos. Tem café, chá e cookies disponíveis no quarto. Os funcionários são muito gentis.

Central location, small room, no soundproofing

Upon arrival at Victoria, the receptionist informed me that my double room had leaking air conditioning and that they had arranged another room at the sister hotel Victor. Upon arrival at Victor, the receptionist informed me that they offered me a complimentary upgrade to an executive double room, but that the room was not available until 18:30. Despite the room being executive, I did not see significant differences from the one I booked. The hotel manager offered me a complimentary night at one of their hotels in the future as compensation for the inconvenience, which I consider reasonable. The hotel is centrally located in Pimlico. The room was small and had no soundproofing. I could hear every step from the room above mine, which disrupted my sleep.

Very good

It was a very good hotel, clean and looked nice. the rooms are small but for us that just traveled with a back pack it was perfect. the hotel is very central and very near Victoria station where you can also take express train to Gatwick, it is also near Pimlico station, some restaurants and a grocery store

This has got to be one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in London. It’s quiet, incredibly beautiful and perfectly located - 9min walk to Pimlico station and 12min walk to Victoria. Great restaurants around. The rooms are on the smaller side but we absolutely loved it. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone!

Tiny room, no elevator

Our room was on the 4th floor with no elevator. Room was so small like a closet- the bed was right against the wall. Window shades barely covered window.

The property is close to some of the top tourist attractions in London. Very walkable from this location. The rooms are extremely small. Not even enough room to put a suitcase on the floor. Even our room with a double bed was too small for two people. Also no elevator made moving luggage very difficult. Not a hotel I would ever stay at again.
