Great experience! Love the way the communication was from the staff with their guest. They were very communicative, friendly and very helpfull. Was more then what I saw before booking my stay. You can really feel yourself at home at this place. Great vibe and super relax. Kids friendly. You will for sure fall in love with the balcony view and the view of Medellin at the amenaties floor. I would definitly recommend this hotel when traveling to Medellin alone or with family/friends. You will definitly fall in love with the jacuzzi outside in the balcony.

Mi mala experiencia, no avisaron que estaban en construcción y fue horrible desde temprano el ruido horrendo. Además se notificó q las bañeras se inundaban y salía un olor asqueroso de ellos a posó muro, el cual no resolvieron. No recomiendo el condo hotel. Para colmo en mi habitación no enfriaba bien el aire.

It was very beautiful area and hotel, excellent location, safety. Have a lot of options near to eat and have fun. The rooms are very comfortable and spacious for a family group Of 4. In general we stay again when we came back!!!

Great place to stay . Close to everything, night life, shops restaurants. Clean property, easy parking , nice clean hot tub , and great breakfast restaurant in house. Constructing wake two on city side but it really didn’t hinder the experience, view and didn’t wake us up either . Would book again .

Beautiful property, perfect stay for our family with children. Excellent and easy communication with the front desk via WhatsApp. Will come back again. There are many excellent and beautifully decorated restaurants in the building.

Checking in was a terrible experience as the front desk lady was really rude and just mean from the time we arrived to check in. For the money that we paid we expected better service. We will not stay there again as there are better choices for the money

The building was beautiful, great location and love that there were amazing restaurants within the building. They are constructing a WAKE residential building next to it so there was construction noise in the morning.

El lugar espectacular, hermoso y céntrico...pero el trato pésimo. Zero en atención. Fuimos a entrar de noche y no querian dejar entrar a las muchachas, obviamente sin saber que ellas también habían pagado su habitación y no eran locales. Insinuaron que eran escorts así porque sí. Inaceptable.
