So - so

The location of the hotel is very convinent and the staff is very friendly and nice. However, the hotel itself is so-so. The water is not strong enough for washing your hair and the room itself is very small and honestly a bit dirty.

櫃檯人員親切

飯店就在車站附近，走路非常方便。 退房後我們想先寄放行李幾小時，卻要收費，本來有點不開心，但想到我們下午要去Orvieto玩不方便帶行李，不如寄放一整天，費用比寄放在車站還便宜，意外的省了一筆錢，皆大歡喜。 隔天去拿行李，因我們有4個大行李箱，請飯店幫我們叫兩台計程車，櫃檯人員很貼心幫我們叫一台休旅車型的計程車，解釋說兩台計程車太貴了，大型的計程車可以坐我們4人與一堆行李，費用也相對便宜。覺得櫃檯人員真的很細心的替我們著想，不因我們已退房就停止服務，非常感謝。

Good location and breakfast

Excellent location, very close to the Rome Termini. Had a nice cup of cappuccino for breakfast. Things in the room are a little bit old but it's still acceptable.

desk attendants were very nice and helpful. hallways smelled like cigarette smoke which was not appreciated. very close to roma termini which was nice and within walking distance to all the things we wanted to do.

I dåligt skick , inte bra

Hotellet är i behov av underhåll, svårt att reglera värmen i duschen, spolning på toaletten trasig, tv funkade ej. Air kondition var bra. Gick ej öppna fönster det var mycket mörkt i rummet, omysigt. Välj annat hotel om du kan. Dom ville ha kontant betalning för turist taxan inte på kort så vi var tvungna att ta ut i en ATM.

Uninhabitable Bathroom – Avoid (Health Hazard)

The location is excellent, and the staff tried to help, but my room’s toilet didn’t flush for 3 days, and the shower flooded due to a blockage. I had to use a communal basement WC—unacceptable for any hotel. No maintenance was provided despite complaints. Age/rundown decor is one thing, but hygiene and basic facilities are non-negotiable

The managers were very friendly and attentive to our needs . However , the toilet was broken and the little curtain in the shower didn’t prevent the water from coming out of the shower space and as a result we had huge puddles of water all over the bathroom preventing us from being able to use the bathroom . Room service did dry it once we asked and then the manager gave us free towels to place on the floor that otherwise would have cost 2 Euros every time you need it a new towel- the air conditioning was great

Chegamos no quarto e nada funcionava bem, a TV não funcionava, o secador de cabelo funcionava por menos de 1 minuto e parava só voltava depois de um tempo. As condições de banho eram péssimas, onde a água ficava quente por 1 minuto e esfriava depois. Fomos pedir ajuda na recepção e o recepcionista nos disse “é só não tomar um banho de 2 horas” e nada foi resolvido. Não indico esse hotel e não vale o preço. No check-out o lugar de deixar as malas era aberto ao público, qualquer pessoa poderia pegar nossas malas e o ar condicionado do quarto você não conseguia regular a temperatura.

Great location for walkability and proximity to train station but amenities could use updating. Had some issues with the bathroom especially - there wasn’t a shower curtain initially (staff came and installed one after a day) and the shower itself is very small and the toilet didn’t flush at first but we were able to get it to work with a quick google troubleshoot.

Although the rooms are very basic they look old and in need of some decoration but they provided us a good base near the main transport hub for the city and close to very good local restaurants. Staff were helpful and always on hand.
