2/10 不太好

Rooms were not cleaned even though they looked neat but floors were not clean nor smell clean. The beds had a dirty smell and the staff was not so welcoming. Breakfast was not what a Quinta hotel usually presents it was more like a take it or leave it kind of breakfast, example a few red apples no other fruit. White sliced bread no other kind, one yogurt literally in the fridge never mind any other thing besides that one piece of yogurt, coffee didn’t taste like good. Not a choice to consider for our future family gatherings.

Understaffed & Housekeeping need cleaning tutorial

The employees were very nice but management clearly needs tutorials on how to run a hotel. The hotel which looked more like a 1 star Motel 6 than a Wyndham, seemed to have done understaffing for breakfast purposely to control expenses. Breakfast was very limited and served between 6am and 9am. 1 person was serving up to 40 people between 8-9am. As for cleaning… towels were stained and my bed sheet had a dried blood stain… disgusting! Does management know what bleach is? I would not stay here again, sorry. The place needs better management. The only thing that was positive is its location.

Stay one night, no refund pay for four nights

After I checked in, I realize I can only stay one night. I paid for four and got no refund. II was told I couldn’t get one because the reservation wasn’t made through the hotel or otherwise there would be no problem

Nice Quiet stay with my Dog

It was an easy late check-in with my dog. I was on the first floor with a room that accommodated me and my dog. I felt it was close to easy access outside, so I could easily get outside for my dog to do her business. The hotel itself was quiet and clean. I definitely would stay here again if I were to travel with my dog.

The hotel isn't up to wyndham standards

The property was definitely not up to wyndham standards, The phone in the room didn't work, The tub Did not have a stopper so could not take a bath, Had to replace the room key 4 times because it didn't work, asked for extra pillows because they only had 3 really thin pillows and the manager said they have no extra pillows and shrugged his shoulders and said that's there policy and really didn't care...his response was text hotels.com. not there problem....

Our room was not cleaned for the last night we were there. We went to main desk and were told that WE told the cleaning staff not to clean our room 224. We did not have clean towels for that night or in the morning. We never spoke to anyone from the cleaning staff concerning cleaning the room.

Don't bother with this one.

I called within the cancellation window to confirm that the oil and hot tub were working (selling point for me), and I was assured they were. Arrived and the hot tub was NOT working and found it later that it hasn't worked for over a month. No towels in the pool room, had to wait for them to "dry them", not enough towels in the two rooms I booked, phones were down (also found out they have been down over a month), manager is ghosting me and not responding to emails or calls. Badly managed property.
