Awesome hotel. Has outside patio,pool table, swimming pool, and breakfast area. Room didn't have microwave and we weren't left with much toilet paper and tissues. But overall pretty good

Housekeeping: Not The Best
I usually don't have an issue with Aloft but this visit was not the best. This review is for whoever cleaned my room upon my arrival. Horrible job. The toilet was dirty, there weren't any toiletries in the room, I was only given a face towel and a hand towel and my bed had hair in it. Very disappointing.

We always live staying at Aloft properties and tbis one did not disappoint. Very close to airport and lots of restaurants. Very clean and friendly staff.

Nice place
Parking can be confusing if you never been here before. Parking is in the garage, but for $35 you can park in one of 15 spots they have right at the hotel. There is a tunnel from the garage to the hotel. The garage parking is $23 I think. Check in was easy, and the room was comfortable.

Avoid at all cost
The check in was difficult and the represetatives were rude. Next I took photo of the blood stained carpeting in our room. Between that the dog hair and smoke it was filthy. The hotel overbooked and one of our rooms was given away. We had to cancel our other room as this was for a kids birthday and we couldn't nt accomadate the extra children. Now, I'm still fighting to receive our refund.
