The #1 place to stay in CDMX for visitors!

I could not have chosen a better hotel for my first visit to CDMX. NaNa Vida is located on a welcoming street in Roma Norte district ans you have coffee shops, bars and eateries on the doorstep (literally). The hotel is an excellent base for exploring Roma, Condesa, Centro Histórico and beyond. The hotel itself is impeccably maintained; the rooms have a rustic feel but are super fresh and I loved the size of my walk-in shower. The team couldn’t do more for you, always asking if you would like a drink when you pass reception and offering recommendations about what to do, see and eat. I am sad I didn’t have more time to enjoy the wonderful rooftop azotea on this occasion! I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay somewhere safe, clean and fashionable in Mexico City. Mil gracias equipo…¡hasta la próxima!

The staff are the stars of the show

Nanavida is a solid option in the heart of Roma Norte where (a lot of!) the action is. The staff are excellent and cannot do enough to help (e.g. asking without fail if we wanted a drink every time we stepped into the hotel). The generous check in and check out gifts to all guests are much appreciated, plus mezcal, non-alcoholic beverages and local snacks at no extra cost don't hurt either. Whilst the hotel does not offer breakfast as such, there is a coffee, milk and pastries section which guests can access anytime. Our room did have a couple of minor oddities (eg no bedside table or charging point + the (large) TV set at a curious viewing angle vis-a-vis the bed) and there was a glitch in our room on the first morning (which the staff addressed by offering a generous discount on the room rate for the first night), but those were more than adequately compensated by the quality of service. I would definitely consider Nanavida for a repeat stay when I find myself in CDMX once again.

An excellent hotel! 24/7 reception with really helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful rooms and common areas, including a rooftop, decorated with Mexican art and textiles. No breakfast but free coffee and pan dulce provided. Soft drinks and filtered water freely available and mezcal! Great location for exploring Roma Norte and Condesa.

Wonderful hotel - staff are amazing and the location is great - loads of lovely streets, bars, restaurants and cafes in walking distance. Rooms are really nicely decorated with Mexican murals and artisanal products. No breakfast but complimentary cinnamon coffee, pan dulce and tea available. Filtered water always available and bottled soft drinks, which was great. Highly recommend

Staff was very friendly and amenable. There were lots and lots of complimentary items available at the hotel, from water and sodas to mescal and snacks/candy. Walkable with restaurants all around. Rooms and bathrooms were quite large. Nice wooden floors. AC/heater in room. Very soundproof windows which you can open if you want. Will stay here again for sure. Felt very safe.

We absolutely loved our stay at NaNa Vida. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, and the room was amazing. After a long day exploring Mexico City it was wonderful to come back to such a beautiful hotel and calming environment. The hotel is in a great location, a lot of the 'must-visit' foodie spots are a short walk away and the area feels very safe during both the day and night. I was slightly worried that it would be noisy on the weekends, but it wasn't an issue at all and in any case there was a white noise machine next to the bed if we needed it. I'm only sorry that we didn't get more use out of the facilities because we were out all day and evening! A really fantastic hotel, and especially at this price point - we will definitely be staying again during our next visit to CDMX!

This is a great hotel in an excellent location in Mexico City. The room was clean and the bed was comfy. It's a fairly short walk towards Parque Mexico and there are loads of great bars and restaurants in the area. The area felt very safe and the hotel is really secure. A special shout out goes to the staff who were brilliant, so welcoming and helpful.

Great location. The room was spacious, and the bathroom was huge—I loved it! Excellent service. Areas for improvement: The shower spray was a bit dispersed. It would be nice to have more hand and face towels. Also, the floor felt a little sticky. Overall, a great experience!

Pleasant Stay for My first CDMX Adventure

This is a small, unique hotel with charm. It is a walkup but staff helped carry up my bags. Staff is friendly and helpful. Safe neighborhood and hotel. Plenty of cute places to eat nearby. I would recommend to my friends, and stay again on my next trip. The online pictures are good representation for the hotel.

Overall great experience staying here! Room was large with a very nice bathroom. This is a great location and was perfect for exploring the neighborhood by foot. Staff are welcoming and service was prompt and friendly. Special bonus was the large rooftop for relaxing and soaking up the sun on a nice day!

Wish we could have stayed longer

We could only stay for 3 nights since we booked last minute. It was an awesome stay. We were greeted with complimentary cold drink, a complimentary bar of soap and a muñeca Christmas gift (we arrived on Christmas Day). Overall the staff was excellent and the hotel had very cozy vibes. Loved the traditional Mexican chocolates and the mezcal tasting. 10/10 would stay here again.
