If there is a surprise that will live in your memories forever, this hotel will not disappoint you. Recommend to book a room that has a spa no matter indoor or out door. I travelled in many places and this is one of those hotels that you simply want to stay for one more night

When we were booking online the picture they show for senior suite was different from what they have provided us and we had to pat additional €235 for changing the room to what we had seen online. They didn’t accomodate us because of their incorrect website information. Then they arranged the rental car for us stating that they are doing business with this company for over 10 years and the company is trustworthy but we ended up paying €200 additional on top of the rental price for the scratch to the car that was already there and they blamed us for that scratch. Hotel staff arranged the rental and refused to communicate at the end saying that they don’t have anything to do with rentals. Terrible terrible experience. Would not recommend anyone to trust Astarte suites staff please do not ruin your vacation.

Do not stay at this property, what they say on the website is very misleading. They are in the middle of nowhere, they are not in walking distance of any place. The closest place to this property is at least 20 minutes Drive. On the website it said it’s closed Oia city but it’s not it’s about 40 to 45 minutes Drive. The Hotel is built on a cliffhanger and it’s so windy that you can’t get out of your room to enjoy the view and can’t even leave your door open. The property is so outdated and not clean there are bugs everywhere. The door to the rooms still uses an ACTUAL KEY with Key hole NOT Key Card. The Wi-Fi does not work and it keep saying no internet. Their TV didn’t work. Also we asked for a Do Not Disturb sign for our room and they didn’t have it. We asked them that while we are not there no one should enter our room but they did go to our room for even the short time that we were not there and my iPad is missing and got stolen.

Perfect retreat - relaxing stay

Fabulous service, super clean and well maintained, very comfortable. Beautiful views and they make you feel special. Remote from most of the island which was what we wanted but be aware - need taxi/hire buggy to get around if you wish to.

Εμείς διαμείναμε στην Astarte Suite with Spa Bath, Infinity Pool & Caldera View σουίτα, η οποία ήταν καταπληκτική τόσο εσωτερικά όσο και στους εξωτερικούς χώρους, με αποκορύφωμα την υπέροχη θέα στο ηφαίστειο αλλά και μέχρι το άλλο άκρο όπου βρίσκεται η Οία! Το πρωινό σερβίρεται στο δωμάτιο την ώρα που επιλέγεις εσύ και έχεις να διαλέξεις ανάμεσα σε μια πλούσια ποικιλία απο πιάτα, τόσο αλμύρα όσο και γλυκά, όπου αν κάτι από αυτά σου άρεσε πολύ, μπορείς να το ξανά παραγγείλεις! Το προσωπικό είναι πλήρως καταρτισμένο, ευγενικό και πρόθυμο να σε εξυπηρετήσει. Καθότι είχαμε πολύ πρωινή πτήση και φτάσαμε στο νησί πάρα πολύ νωρίς, είχαμε ζητήσει αν είναι εφικτό και κατόπιν διαθεσιμότητας να κάνουμε check-in νωρίτερα, όπως και έγινε έχοντας έτσι τη δυνατότητα να μπορέσουμε να ξεκουραστούμε απευθείας από το ταξίδι. Αν αναζητάς ένα μέρος για πλήρη χαλάρωση και αναζωογόνηση, μακρυά από από τα πολύβουα, εμπορικά σημεία του νησιού, τα οποία έχουν και πλήρη έλλειψη απο 'privacy', τότε το Astarte Suites Hotel, είναι η ιδανική επιλογή!
