I booked this hotel expecting a comfortable stay, but my experience was extremely disappointing and unacceptable.
We booked a double bed for two, but at check-in the receptionist told us that even though they could see our booking, no double bed was available. They claimed it was “subject to availability,” but I could not find this anywhere in the terms and conditions. Maybe if there is, I accepted it but No advance notice was given either.
When we entered the room, several issues became clear:
• The card reader for electricity was faulty.
• The air conditioning did not work.
• The security latch/chain on the door was missing, leaving us feeling unsafe.
• The carpet was stained and poorly maintained.
The worst incident happened on 30 August 2025 at around 3:35 PM, when a staff member entered our room with a master key without knocking. My partner was in the bathroom at the time, and this invasion of privacy was shocking. The staff member simply said “sorry” and left. This is completely unacceptable — what if I had been undressed or in an intimate moment?
This experience left us feeling unsafe, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these serious issues with room maintenance, guest privacy, and overall professionalism
