When I checked in no one was at the desk for over 10 minutes. They gave me a room that already had someone in it when I entered (horrible experience). The room I got smelled terrible and was not clean. I will never stay here again no will I recommend family visiting the area stay here.

This should have been better than it was.

Furniture was well worn and the floor didn’t look very clean. There were stains on the counters in the kitchen area. The bathroom was outdated but functional. The beds were very springy and not comfortable.

Outdated and smells like smoke

The first thing we noticed when walking in was the lobby smelled like an ashtray, which was ironic since they made me sign a waiver saying i wouldn't smoke in the room. Fortunately the room did not reek. But the furniture looked like 70s thrift shop, the TV was miniscule. The room at least appeared clean. The free breakfast was a bunch of nutragrain bars and some packaged muffins, both of which were almost gone when we left the room at 9am. Disappointed for $200 a night.

Don't stay here.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable and only came with 3 pillows. We asked for an important wake up call and never received it. We came down for coffee the 1st morning 5 minutes late and the girl would not even offer a cup to us since she was just putting it away. Then the girl was on her personal phone and would not help open the door as she stood there watching me struggle with 2 cups of coffee from the outside. It just seemed as if no one enjoyed their job or had customer service. The biggest problem was the keys to the room never worked except 1x a day. We asked for a 1st floor months in advance for our senior dog and was put on the 3rd floor. Will never stay here again. No water pressure for a shower. Our toilet ran constantly and our bathroom sink sprayed everywhere.

The entire hotel smelled. When we arrived in the evening, the hallways smelled like a mix of smoke and mildew. The next next morning they were better, it kind of smelled like they sprayed air freshener. Our room had a musty smoke smell. Everything in the room was very very old and basic. The worst part was the floor from the air conditioner to the bed was soaking wet it extended from the air conditioner out about 3 feet in all directions. I forgot to say something in the morning we left because I couldn't wait to get out of there the front desk Employees were very nice though.

Our room had a large amount of ants behind the headboard of one of the beds that we did not discover until the morning after our first night. This issue was brought to the front desk, the woman was very apologetic and moved us to a new room and told us she issued a refund for the inconvenience. The refund was for $6.93. Thanks, extended stay....
