Building was under construction and not ideal for occupancy. Room was dirty, hair in the sink, dirt/dust on the floor. Had to call to get let in the lobby in order to check in. Probably only 1 or 2 other guests there at that time. Definitely not worth the money that they charged for the room.

The room is rundown. The carpet had worn spots. Doors were missing from the cabinets. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling. The bed seemed smaller than a queen, and the pillows were so thin. The smoke alarm as falling out of the ceiling. I would not stay here again!

Most of the staff were pretty nice but others were blatantly rude. In my suite the refrigerator barely worked and the freezer not at all, the latch lock was broken off, the bathroom light didn’t work for the entire 2 weeks I stayed even though I reported the problems during my first week. I was told that the only maintenance person had been away on vacation. Because of the freezer problems I lost $50 worth of food and had to go out to eat (further cost to me). I requested a different room and was told that they could not accommodate my request. Showering was extremely dangerous with no working light. It should also be noted that a large majority of the other guests were spillover from the local shelter. I didn’t mind the people at all, but be aware there are many families who live here so be prepared for the noise of families who have been living in very close quarters for weeks or months on end.

Front desk not available at night...elevator broken for entire stay..Rooms not updated since early 80s..very shady atmosphere..lots of people walking around outside at night...steer clear of this place...close to casino..but plenty of other options

Honestly a little bit dirty (fridge dirty/rusty on outside so eyesore, other things like that) and noisy at times. There was a smoke smell throughout parts of hotel/where my room was and could use some work.

Not for overnight

This place smells of smoke! The elevator didn’t work and we were on the 3rd floor! No coffee in the room but they have a “grab and go” breakfast! The HVAC is loud and the lighting could use an upgrade

The permanent residents have ignored the no smoking signs and smoke freely in their rooms making the entire facility smoky and sticky with tar. My smoke allergy made it impossible to stay in this "Smoke Free" place more than a night. I checked out the next morning with severly itchy eyes and my throat closing up. It was unpleasent. I was able to get a room near by at the Courtyard. It was fantastic.

The hotel was dirty and falling apart. We were missing a cabinet, the floor was dirty and the room smelled like weed. The photos online did not accurately reflect the actual condition.

Warning! Elevator down climb 3 floors.

Check-in was slow due to training I assume. Elevator was down and had to climb 3 flights of stairs. Side table lamp did not work. Bulb missing and exposed wires? Didn’t do the food there for breakfast. Location extremely convenient just across from casino. Price per night was $122 plus $100 deposit. Clientele was rowdy and noisy during day and night time hours.

Stay away!!

This hotel was awful. When we showed up to check in the was someone getting high right in front of the hotel. The elevator didnt work and they had no first floor rooms left. The room we had smelled like smoke jist like the rest of the place did. The dresser in the room was missing drawers. The shower curtain couldnt stay in the tub so we had water all over the bathroom. Thankfully we only had to stay for 1 night. What they called a breakfast was just muffins on a table. Will never stay here again.
