Great stay
Hotel is very large, really helpful check in. I would be mindful if disabled etc to let them know as hotel is so big you could be a distance away. We had a problem after getting to room and we notified them, it was very quickly resolved. We ate at the Beaumont restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Very family friendly, very good value for money (under 5s eat free) it has a specific junior section which was great. The restaurant is buffet style for all meals and plenty of choice and always fully stocked/replenished. I thought drinks were reasonably priced too. Breakfast again was great, buffet style and plenty of choice. We were asked if we had an allergies. Room was clean, spacious and bed was comfy (very big bed), had all the things you’d expect hairdryer, iron, safety dep box. Had a great view of the grounds (which are lovely). We were in the newer building, it has a link passageway, not a huge walk but again consider your mobility and letting them know when your booking. Staff are friendly. We used the pool it was warm, lots of floats etc, family friendly and chairs to watch if you don’t want to swim, they have towels you can use, changing rooms clean and well equipped (no money needed for locker). There is a gym, we didn’t use. Plenty of parking and lots of local places of interest to visit Would definitely visit again.

Family Trip
Was pleased with the hotel. Best we have stayed in and around Windsor. Food although is a good idea for the £20 meal, I found for the class of the hotel it could have used fresher ingredients for the roast dinner, frozen roast and Yorkshire puddings didn't really compliment the really great fresh meats that were available. I thought the changing rooms for the men at the swimming pool could have been kept an eye on better, i can cope with a bit of water on the floor but on this instance I thought it wasn't good enough for the hotel standards. Overall, I was really pleased with our stay and would definitely look to come back.

Disappointing Stay
Disappointing stay and certainly would not return, very average couldn’t get in the room as room key not activated tv remote didn’t work bathroom dirty with long black hair in the shower. The bed was comfortable and linen clean. They did respond very quickly to the room issues however. The restaurant was a free for all and there were no mugs for drinks I asked and was told to use paper cups as there were no mugs available, no tongs for the bread so everyone hands were in the bread so very disappointing & people putting stuff in napkins to take with them leaving the baskets bare.

Pictures very deciving, looks like a quiet getaway, far from. very commercial, very busy, freezing cold even with the heater on, had to buy a heater from argos, very family friendly, the changing rooms at the pool were ice cold. Room was 10 minute walk in hotel, Floor in rooms dirty. Friendly staff.

Let down.
The Room we were given was nothing like the pictures. The only scenary we could see was other rooms in a boxed in squad with overgrown grass and mud. Bathroom tiny and bath in bad condition. Bedroom so small you couldn’t even fit between the bed and the desk in the room

Nice getaway but improvements could be made
We received a nice welcome at the reception desk and told we should be able to check in early so went to the bar and had a drink whilst we waited. The bar staff were quite chaotic and disorganized. When we entered our room it smelt very musty almost as though someone has been smoking in the room. We were impressed by the comfort of the room but it had no view. The bathroom felt small but was clean. There was flaking paint in the back of the bathroom door. A fridge and some bottled water in the room would have been appreciated. We enjoyed a good night sleep but as our room was located by a corridor door we had to put up with constant slamming / banging until 2am! We were also rudely awakened by the family next door have a loud argument before 8am which ruined the much needed lay in we had been craving. Over all we were happy but salt wouldn't rush back.

But good Enough
Overall not satisfied. Strange having people walk on outdoor path right out front of our ground floor room. Would have preferred a higher floor for privacy. Had to keep curtains closed the whole time because of this. Room was dark. Had to request more towels. Room had 3 occupants. Only given 2 towels each time. Had to ask for face towels. Those weren’t replaced. Pumps on soap dispensers just didn’t work. Asked for them to be replaced. Very inconvenient things that made daily tasks (showering/bathing our child) so difficult! Loooooooong walk to everything. That was too much. Entire space indoors was absolutely FREEZING. Breakfast area (so many windows), hallways, room upon arrival. Couldn’t charge restaurant meal to room. Inconvenient. We did enjoy the breakfast selection. Thank-you; however we would not stay again. Sorry.

Fantastic modern hotel with great facilities
Beautiful hotel in lovely grounds. Very modern and clean rooms in modern extension to country house. Lovely bar and bistro if somewhat expensive. Lots of choice at breakfast in large dinnng area (a bit noisy) but really well done clean and modern. Lovely rooms, firm beds and hot shower and bath. Leisure suite good with good gym. Warm pool with topped off lane for lane swimming as well as enough room for kids and family. You can use it after checkout too. Friendly polite and helpful staff. Really fantastic experience.

O/N prior to early Heathrow departure
