Petit hôtel mignon au centre ville

Un très bel hôtel à 5 minutes à pied de l’Opéra et de l’Hôtel de Ville. Très joliment décoré. J’ai eu une chambre avec un grand lit et une vraie salle de bain 👍 Le seul point d’inconfort : la protection en plastique du matelas, de mauvaise qualité. Elle ne laisse pas la peau respirer, on transpire et cela perturbe un peu le sommeil. À part cela, notre séjour a été génial et le personnel vraiment adorable.

Hotellet ligger sentralt i Lyon og alle som jobbet på hotellet var bilde og serviceinnstilte. Vi hadde et familierom som var litt lite, men ungene synes det var strålende med hems. Frokosten var ok, men når den ikke kostet alt for mye og den var gratis for barn til og med 10 år var den mer enn godkjent.

personnel très sympathique,accueil est très chaleureux et superbe bâtiment ancien pour ce qui est de ma chambre ne mérite certainement pas la classification en 3 étoiles Je n'ai pas vu les autres chambres mais celle qui m'a été attribuée mériterait tout juste un petit 2 étoiles Ridiculement petite : tout juste 6/7 m2 avec une salle d'eau + WC ne dépassant 1,5 m2 Rangement du coup adapté pour une maison de poupée Douche en mauvaise état , très difficilement accessible la porte coulissante débordant sur les 90 cm2 disponibles pour se mouvoir Literie de mauvaise qualité inconfortable Ce n'est variment pas un 3 étoiles ! Le petit déjeuner propose des produits de qualité mais le buffet lui aussi n'est pas à la hauteur ( choix très restreint ) d'un 3 étoiles J'ai été très bien accueilli mais je n'ai pas passé un séjour agréable et confortable car j'ai été trompé sur le niveau des prestations proposées Je n'y retournerai pas

Hôtel avec un joli patio Nous avions le chambre 5 , juste à côté du patio Chambre petite mais literie confortable et 2 oreillers au choix : ferme ou moilleux . Air conditionné bruyant. Petit déjeuner à 12€ : boissons chaudes / viennoiseries industrielles / jambon / fromage industriels / fruits frais ( pomme banane orange) jus de pomme et jus d’orange.

Very good location for where I wanted to be. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast area is lovely, light and airy and very clean. The breakfast was very good value. The room was a bit cold at first but warmed when I turned on the heating for a bit. The bathroom stayed quite cold. Overall I would really recommend the hotel.
