We stayed on the 6th floor, and while I can’t speak for the rest of the hotel, the lobby carpet was noticeably dirty with stains throughout — not a great first impression. I had higher expectations for our room, but was disappointed to find hair in the bathroom, a beer bottle cap on the floor, and the TV unplugged behind the furniture, which was difficult to access.
When I brought these issues to the front desk, we were offered a move to a sister property. Unfortunately, it was late in the evening, and relocating wasn’t practical. The following day, housekeeping didn’t improve the situation much.
This experience was far below the standard I’ve come to expect from the Marriott brand. I hope management addresses these issues seriously.
