I can’t say enough about this property and especially the owner. Very personable and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the recommendation for dinner was exactly the cap off of a wonderful day. The bed was warm and inviting and comfortable. Loved sitting at the window looking out at the sea. Great place to unwind.

Clodagh is an amazing host. She was so accommodating to all of our needs. The property is beautiful and to rooms were pristine. Breakfast was delicious. We plan on staying here on our next visit.

Absolute perfection

The only night of our trip I did not prebook, and we hit the jackpot! Clodagh’s place is gorgeous, luxurious, ideally located on the water, and close to the action but far enough away to be a peaceful haven. The room was huge and well stocked, breakfast was sumptuous, and meeting Clodagh was like reconnecting with an old friend. Highly recommend! I want to come back and stay a week.

The place is updated and very nice. Bed was very comfortable. The area is gorgeous as you are on an inlet and beach within walking distance or a very quick drive. Our host was so nice. We really liked her. The breakfast was just incredible. Rooms are so solid you don't hear a peep from anyone else and you have your own entrance. Highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again.

Barrow Lodge was a a great place to stay for our golfing vacation to visit Tralee and Ballybunion golf clubs. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with a nice big bed and goodies in the room like tea, water, coffee, sweets and fruit. Great views and right on the water. The host Clodagh is a wonderful person, a breath of fresh air; she is incredibly kind and generous and very helpful in providing tips on where to eat at night and making reservations. Her breakfast were also very delicious and you won’t go hungry. Absolutely super place to stay at!
