Our stay was great, we only stayed one night for my daughter’s 10th birthday. She had 4 of her friends with her, we enjoyed the pool all to ourselves. The suite was clean and spacious, it was perfect for my daughter’s slumber party. I have no complaints I will be booking here again.

We only stayed 1 night but the room and everything else in the hotel seem very clean. Very convenient to food and shopping as we needed to get dinner and one of our babies bottle nipples had a big rip in it so we needed to get another one. Loved the parking. As I was searching for hotels near adventure aquarium, this hotel hit the 3 things on my list, free parking, a pool, and free breakfast and I was very happy with all three as well.

We booked a one bedroom suite with a king bed and when we arrived and checked in, we weren’t told our room wasn’t available. We get all the way upstairs to our room and find that it’s a standard room with 1 queen bed. I was a little frustrated because we just drove 7 hours with a toddler, but we went back downstairs to sort things out. We were told by the receptionist that the room we booked was under maintenance and someone was supposed to call us. If we had been called, I would have booked elsewhere and gotten a bigger room. We booked the one bedroom because we needed the space traveling with a toddler. The best they could offer us was points on our account. Next time we travel to see family we won’t be staying here which is unfortunate because it’s a nice hotel.

Absolutely horrible. We booked it with Expedia points and it was not worth a dime. The room was filthy and smelled of extreme smoke. They moved us to a first floor room that was only a little better. We were by an exterior door that was broken and not locked. Not safe, not clean and the staff was NOT friendly.
