Lack of acknowledgment from staff when waiting to check in. Staff came to reception area then stayed in back office without even an acknowledgment of ‘be with you soon’
Bedroom the sink taps were back to front so turning on cold as you normally do, was actually a HOT water. Dangerous.
Went for a shower, thermostat not working so we went to reception once again a lack of concern by staff. They gave us a key for a room in another floor to use THAT shower, not occupied as the door not lock🙈 but happy for us to use a shower with no securing a locked door ?
There was a function/ event on with a very loud music and even though we were away from reception area and a floor down, when we asked when’s it finished as too noisy was told by non caring staff, it’s a function about 1-1:30. Really when this is an airport hotel with people getting early flights and lots of coaches with elderly guests.?
No question of any compensation just a , here’s the email send it in (basically they weren’t interested in customer service giving)
Definitely not coming back and my review says it all, this was our second visit, was a similar but not as back lack or service and plenty bad attitude.
