Worse experience ever!
Hotel person Chanel your staff member person provide to me did not have my name on reservation.
Afterwards, this hotel staff member requested to be allowed to reach out to a supervisor then returned and told me that figure it out that I was not to be allowed inside the hotel or to go through with any reservation that was fully paid. Afterwards, the staff member told me that I was not gonna be able to speak to a supervisors untill possibly monday 10/07/2024.
Hotels.com made several attempts to reach out to the property and your personnel would not pick up the phone to provide any additional information or explanation on to Hotels.com. Hotels.com made several attempts to reach out to the property and they would not pick up the phone to provide any additional information or explanation onto why I was refused to stay after the reservation was fully paid untill sunday 10/06/2024.
