The customer service was absolutely amazing and food at every restaurant was awesome, but the room (our family had two) were subpar. Our room was very damp at checkin and we could see signs of mold, mildew, and moisture on the walls. The air was blasting and wouldn’t allow us to turn on heat to help warm up or even dry out the room. The ceiling leaked in both rooms from what appeared to be due to turning off the air conditioning all together. Both our rooms had so much condensation in the exact same place, that it made our bedding, and clothes, in our luggage damp. After the first night we did request our bedding be changed, including our blanket, and it was. These rooms were definitely in need of upgrades and we noticed our room didn’t have all the amenities that others did. We called the front office to report what we were experiencing, once the water coming from the ceiling got really bad, and no one showed up. It would have been nice if accommodations were made for us upon checking out.
