The location is exceptional, situated in close proximity to Paddington station. However, I was unaware that every underground pass causes the entire room to vibrate. It is possible that this is due to my room being situated on the ground floor. Additionally, my room is conveniently located near a coffee machine. Even when guests check in at 1:00 AM, the reception staff remains remarkably friendly and provides directions to the coffee machine. Furthermore, I am able to hear all conversations occurring in the vicinity. So if you are very sensitive with sounds, I wouldn’t recommend it.

旅館位在Paddington車站附近，交通非常方便，可以搭乘GWR前往溫莎，或者希斯羅機場，並有多條地鐵線前往倫敦各大景點。周邊餐廳選擇很多，不用擔心三餐問題。 旅館位在公園旁邊，距離主要道路幹線雖然很近但實際上算安靜，雖然地鐵經過時可能會感覺稍微的震動和噪音，對外窗戶關上之後，就聽不到什麼噪音。入住單人房，房間雖小但所有設備都有，除了浴室淋浴空間非常侷促之外，但非常乾淨，房間看起也重新裝潢過，壁紙和牆壁油漆都保持得非常乾淨。櫃台24小時服務，接待人員每一位態度都非常友善，也會盡心為遊客回答問題。下次再到倫敦旅行的話，會再考慮住宿這間旅館。

Very clean, well ran hotel. Met the family owners and staff. Love that they do not allow nonsense or unregistered guests. Note that the stairs are tricky and navigating them would be difficult if one had any sort of physical limitation.

Great location, the hop-on hop-off buses leave from the end of the street. There are plenty of restaurants around and it's very close to Paddington station. They don't have a lift, only stairs though so if you're like me and have heavy luggage that this into consideration. Their was no one to help get my bag up the stairs on the day I arrived.

My 2nd time staying here. I was on the 3rd floor this time and it was quieter than the basement room I previously stayed in. You can still hear the trains coming by but it's not quiet as loud. Room was very comfortable. Stairs are steep and narrow but the building is quite old and this adds to the charm I think. Good WiFi, comfortable bed and the staff are very friendly and available 24 hours.

Was a fantastic hotel at the perfect location to get around London. Was right next to Paddington Station so very easy to get to the airport. Would recommend!

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very helpful and kind. The location was great. The only complaint is the stairs. Having to carry luggage up and down that many stairs was hard. I did have someone offer to help which was ver nice.

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and we were pleasantly surprised to receive room service even during a short two night stay. Nice after a long day of walking. The 24 hour doorman added a sense of safety, which we really appreciated. You can feel the vibrations from the trains throughout your stay, but pop in some earplugs and you’ll sleep like a baby! lol. Location- steps from groceries, restaurants, pubs, and the train station. If you're planning to use the hop on hop off bus, there's a stop just outside the hotel. One thing to note—there's no coffee or tea in the room, but there’s a pantry on the main level. I would definitely stay here again.

You really can't beat the location. 3 minutes walking from Paddington station. However, due to the close proximity to the station, you will hear all the trains rumbling by, especially if you're in the basement like my room was. The room will vibrate when the trains pass. I stayed for 2 nights by myself. The room was quite small but manageable. Very nice staff working here.
