Toilet backed up. Blower dryer was broken unusable. Pillow case on one of the pillows had large black dirt mark. Very small TV. Bed was very uncomfortable and too firm. Light in toilet room was not working. Sink drain in bathroom was clogged. Overall the room was outdated and needs upgrading. Room is not well maintained. I will not be coming back to this hotel property.

A pesar de que llevo 4 años visitando este hotel, su calidad, atención al cliente, etc… se han visto reduciendo y no creo que lo vuelva a seleccionar. La limpieza en zonas comunes no es buena. En la habitación, el servicio solo hace la cama. Hay muchos hoteles donde te ordenan el pijama, los zapatos, etc…. y esto te hace sentir como en casa. En este hotel no… solo espera lo básico (cama). Soy Gold de Hotels y por tanto cuanto con privilegios, según disponibilidad, que rara vez me dan, a pesar de ser un huésped muy muy habitual. Ahora los amenities que te dejaban en la habitación, incluso te quieren cobrar por un pequeño bote de pasta de dientes, pese a ser un viajero “valioso”. En fin, no recomiendo por todos estos hechos el hotel y será la última vez que lo visite. Me abriré a otras opciones en esa zona.
