Requiere renovarse.
El hotel ya requiere una renovación. Las suites bien aunque los refrigeradores tienen como 30 años y hacen mucho ruido. El Lobby anticuado y desangelado con puestos de vendedores de plata. Las albercas a una temperatura muy baja por lo que nadie las usa. P.D.- Nunca me enviaron mi factura por consumos.

Better than expected! Need a renovation in the pool chairs and decoration but its very clean and has all the necessities like gym, pool, beach, restaurants, bar, coffee shop, mini market. The staff is very friendly, they even decorated my room for my anniversary without extra charge. The food was reaaaallly good all the time. Location is perfect

This property is somewhat misrepresented online. The rooms are not nearly as well-lit or well-equipped as they appear in the images provided here. The rooms are darker, the furniture and appliances (e.g. mini fridge) quite old. The restaurant quality is extremely sub-par. The coffee served at breakfast was so astringent it smelled like rubbing alochol and made us sick. Additionally, Expedia listed a Studio suite for 2 people with an ocean view, and charged extra for the ocean view. While we realize that is a request, the resort notified us at check in that they dont have any rooms at all for 2 people with an ocean view. All the ocean view rooms are larger. Expedia essentially charged extra for something the property doesn't offer. The staff are not particularly friendly either, often appearing annoyed or bothered to have to help a guest. We requested fresh towels that never came, and drink service by the beach is incredibly slow. Wait waited over 20 minutes between being acknowledged by staff and someone coming to take our order - we thought they forgot about us. This property is clearly very old and in need of renovations. Sliding doors in our room were warped and did not slide easily. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor, despite it being a dedicated space in the bathroom. The windows in the room did not latch properly. The rooms only have a handle lock, and no secondary chain or deadbolt. Overall, the experience was pretty bad.

This was our second stay at Club Regina and I'd go back again in a heartbeat! The customer service is hands down the absolute best, they are so helpful and accommodating. We stayed in the 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom with living room and kitchen; I love having plenty of space for everyone. The poolside bar has great prices and makes everything fresh when you order, we enjoyed every meal and drink that we had. They have many activities that were so fun! The kids made bracelets and painted seashells, we all played bingo, they played blackjack, had a bartender class lol and karaoke. The cafe has a great variety of specialty drinks and snacks, she makes your crepe and churros when you order so that they are hot and fresh! The beach is beautiful, pools are clean, and there were so many loungers with umbrellas that you never worry about getting a spot. The massages were phenomenal. Jimena kept our space clean and stocked, was always attentive if we needed her, and found my daughters phone in the room after we checked out and rushed down to catch us! Every single host was amazing and friendly. Our time went by way too fast because we had such a wonderful stay at the Club Regina!

Muy buena opción familiar con desayuno
El hotel es un club vacacional familiar, la promoción que hice válida fue el desayuno incluído estuvo genial, ya que el desayuno bufet excedió mis espectativas, de los 6 días eran diferentes los platillos, el personal muy atento y amable, desafortunadamente no utilice en ningún momento las tres albercas, ni la playa en frente del hotel, ya que de los 5 días efectivos realice actividades fuera del hotel (aqua Nick, Xcaret 2 días, isla mujeres, capitan hook, cirque du Soleil, playa caracol). La ubicación del hotel fue muy buena para moverme a dónde realice actividades ya que llegue en vehículo particular desde Tabasco. El estacionamiento techado queda un poco retirado.Dos días comí en el Pool Bar en frente de la playa, muy buena y exquisita la comida. El internet con modem en la habitación y en todas las instalaciones. La habitación cumplió con las características reservadas, sin embargo lo único que no me gustó fue el sofá cama matrimonial, pero puedo decir que eso fue compensado con dos smart tv para cada cama, un baño completo y un medio baño, así como refrigerador, estufa, horno microondas-tostador, utensilios de cocina, tostador, fregadero, así como tina de hidromasaje en el balcón hacia la laguna. Creo que si en lugar de sofá cama colocan una cama todo hubiera estado excelente. La lavandería es de autoservicio, solo compras el detergente y suavizante y tiene secadoras, lo cual es genial. Lo que no me gustó fue el horario del check out, temprano.
