Disappointing

When I made the reservation, the listing clearly stated that the room had an ocean view and other amenities that were not present upon arrival. Instead, the only view was of an unattractive neighboring terrace, and the balcony was constantly wet due to water dripping from the floor above. Overall, it was very disappointing and not what was advertised.

This was an absolute awful hotel. It is very old and not in great condition. To start with I will let you know that there is a $20 resort fee per night and $25 parking fee per night. These were not included in my Expedia price. Additionally, the breakfast consist of a “box” you have to get at the front desk before 10am. The box contained a yogurt (mine was expired) and apple and small bottled water. There is not a coffee maker in the room meaning you have to go downstairs every morning for coffee. Which you better hurry because they ran out. The bedding was the worse and the beds hard with springs being felt everywhere. Even the towels and washcloths are of very poor quality. I felt that the room never fully cooled off even with the air running continuously. And the walls are extremely thin as I could hear my neighbors sneeze and talk. I walked around the property to understand the “resort fee” but the only thing it had is a pool. This isn’t a very large pool and did not look very clean. It also was full of kids when I went down. The other amenity was an onsite restaurant that had very overpriced food.m and drinks. A glass of house wine was $12 and not a great selection. I cannot express in enough detail how much I disliked this hotel. The only positive was the location but it’s still a couple blocks from the beach. You can walk the drawbridge, which opens often for the boats if you want to try other restaurants but I would just recommend staying anywhere else!

I came to stay for only three days, but then was going to add an extra day, but once I arrived seeing the amenities and realizing that breakfast was actually in a box that was an orange, a yogurt and a muffin with a little water bottle I was quite surprised by that the bedroom was nice. The view was OK. On my first day there we were having issues with key cards. They first sent me to a wrong room and I opened someone else’s door and then finally back to my room, but the key still wasn’t working and then not being able to have my key in my purse with my phone cause it’ll mess up. It was quite a hassle to deal with. also be prepared if you’re coming with a car to pay $25 for parking every day and paying upfront on all the days you’ll be stay there Will I come back, not likely.

The stuff and customer service is not good. They're rude and then even they have a view view of their room but they don't have a AC quiet. The AC is very loud and when you talk to the customer service front desk they talk too rude and then they tell if you don't like the room you have to check out so I don't like this

The pool closes way to early and your not allowed to go to your car they park it for you and pick it up for you and it’s a $25.00 a day to park it. But the guys are so nice. Breakfast is in a box you have to ask for and if you have 2 they offer you one and it is a apple yogurt small muffin and water. They hold a 50.00 a day on your card until after you leave. Over all it was cute but old.
